Yeah that was a little sickening to watch.

I had drinks with a Liberal loving friend last night. Even she was taken aback, embarrassed and unnerved by that. It was collective groupthink wound up to 11 in the presence of Obama, who has almost cult like status among Liberals in Canada.

The next 8 years in Canada and the USA are going to be interesting. Never have two such opposing thoughts been in power at the same time. The current Liberal government just might be the first to get bitch slapped by USA in a major way.

Provided that we see Trump win the presidency, how do you see this affecting Canada? That is, with the contrast between right and left powers?

Of course I am hoping that it benefits our society in the long run.

I'm fairly new to politics, especially Canadian, so I don't yet have the background knowledge to have a good opinion myself.

There is no right in Canadian politics. There's only socialist (Liberal), communist (NDP), cuckservative controlled opposition (Conservative), and batshit crazy enviro-communists (Green). Right-wing views can get you fired and/or jailed in Canada.

Canada, being the strange and unique snowflake that it is, will continue to import net negatives into Canada to use the "see I told you so" virtue signalling that Trudeau has come to love. And chances are, it will work. There will likely be no terrorist attacks in Canada, and those that do come that have a jihadist mindset will likely not have many allies here. They will probably just mellow out.

But what I (along with my brown and Asian friends who I celebrated Canada day with yesterday at my place) are afraid of is the growing liability of not being able to express ourselves without fear of Thought Police. There will be NO benefit of changing Canada's (very functional) immigration policy to one of blanket open borders to Middle Eastern and North African economic refugees.

I do not see any benefits to Canada under a Trudeau Liberal government, other than seeing them slide far enough to the left to take power from the NDP and give rise to a better, stronger more focused Conservative party. The Tories are in bad shape right now but are being boosted by a younger generation of people who vote in guys like Brad Wall in Saskatchewan.

Canada is a strange and unique place in the world of politics and especially the people. Yesterday, the proudest, loudest and happiest people I saw were immigrants. I came upon a Filipino party in the park by my studio with over 100 people and EVERYONE was wearing Canadian flags, red shirts, face painted and singing Brian Adams. My Indian buddy rolled in last night with his Korean buddy, both covered in face paint and wearing a Canadian flags as a capes. My Persian friend was moved to tears last night at how happy and lucky he is to have been born here, where he can come to a party and express his unpopular beliefs and still be accepted. I told him that I don't agree with much of what he says about politics, but I would fight beside him to make sure he has that freedom to say whatever the hell he wants to.

To be fair to Canada, the American economy has been devastated over the last several decades through trade deals, many if not most of which have been negotiated by the likes of the clever Jewish lawyer above. Just days after she apologized to natives, she had these youth KICKED OUT of the legislature for them booing her, while every media in the province refused to show this on camera (I watched in live on the parliamentary tv channel) In all cases, the liberal media, ALL of them, protected Wynne by not broadcasting these rains of boos on her and her government. Picture that happening for Harper. NOT.

As a supply teacher, the kids, knowing there in no longer discipline in our country as there were from the countries they came from, are like kids in a candy store, with them realizing the freedom they have to act out like they never could in their home countries, and as a result, these schools, which I've been in all three, are OUT OF CONTROL with bad behaviour. I've heard some of these children talking about Jihad in that library, jokingly, but who knows. The gutless library staff have no control of these kids, and at least the short, black security guard boots them out when they are not cursing her in foul language, with some of these kids in middle school.

The Rebel website featured similar actions by Syrian youth in New Brunswick, with the gutless media mentioning none of it save for the Toronto sun. The stonewalling by McCallum at the immigration committee, and by the government, in releasing documents to prove if we have proper vetting processes in place, is APPALLING, with zero media featuring these truths save for The Rebel website. And cpac would put these committees on in the middle of the night or early on a Sunday morning, or at the very end of their Primetime Politics show, to ensure as few people watched it and know these truths that all media are covering up, to protect these vile liberal filth.
