I feel like there's going to be zero major engagements between cartel forces and ISIS forces, ever.

But if there were, my prediction would be the Cartel. ISIS vs Cartel one on one? ISIS couldn't wipe the Cartel out, but I doubt the Cartel could undermine it too much in its own region to dislodge it.

Russia, a half-assed US campaign, Assad's forces, Iran, Hezbollah, two acne-ridden 15-year-old hackers with Guy Fawkes masks, and the Cartel against ISIS, well then I see a lot ISIS members going vaya con dios
