Even though this is an old video, the subject is timely, given the recent waves of violence by Islamic extremists, the European refugee crisis, and the PC censors.

The context is the murder of Theo van Gogh by a Dutch Muslim. Van Gogh had made a film short critical of Islam, and he was brutally murdered for it. Hans Teeuwen is a Dutch comedian who knew Van Gogh. Teeuwen gave a defiant speech in favor of freedom of expression (and full of bawdy jokes) at a dedication for van Gogh:





Some Muslims took offense and tried to scold Teeuwen. He held frame in A+ form and laughed them off:

Can any Dutch people clarify what type of Tv show this is? Muslim women moralize dutch culture? Is it like this every episode? A dutch pro-muslim type of tv show?
He holds frame perfectly, and the guests of the tv show are against the views of the hosts in the end.

I remember it. Just months before 9/11. The staggering fact is that the murderer, Volkert van der G. (everybody knows his real name) is free already.

Pim Fortuyn his legacy is alive, though. Because of him almost all the other mainstream political parties became more critical of multiculturalism, and these days the Netherlands are not so accepting of foreigners as Germany and Sweden are.

You are right about the rest though. the Dutch are very culturally enriched too but that #refugeewelcome bullshit doesn't fly there and that's indeed partially Fortuyn's legacy aside from the fact that the Dutch are very blunt to begin with. By the way, Fortuyn was not extreme or nationalist at all, his "successor" Wilders is much more extreme. His party is leading by a grand margin in the polls:

I see I confused the years, my bad. Fortuyn appeared, and was, more cosmopolitan then Wilders, he was flamboyant. Wilders more appeals to the common man than Fortuyn did. He was homosexual, too. A shame that he died, we need a real successor.

I've tried to debate with Islam academics/journalists online but almost all of them I find are utterly subsumed with their own victim ideology.

zero honesty, zero moral courage, zero accountability.
When it comes to her religion, it's all "I'm a victim!", such people will be the first to shout "Islamaphobia!" when you hold them to the same standards as everyone else.
There's really only a handful of Muslims who I could say who deal with the problems within Islam honestly (and even they don't go all the way), the likes of Majeed Nawaz for instance.
