Yes. I am shocked she didn't go out and get pregnant right away again to make up for the devastation of killing her unborn child. That would be the route most women go. But revenge through lashing out at you, is another option I suppose.

If she's poor and claims she doesn't know who the father is (a likely scenario these days), Planned Parenthood will do it based on income--virtually for free in some cases.

Hell, it's worth a grand to keep from having some shrew welded to me for the next 18 years. Honestly, though, I'm really picky about who gets a shot at my DNA (no pun intended).
