That makes perfect sense.

For one thing, because Lima is just a really big city with bad public transport. That means that people tend to go out at least *somewhat* close to where they live.

For another thing, Miraflores and Barranco are both rather upscale neighborhoods, so inside the club you won't ever see around 6-7 million of the city's population (at least!) as they are either working their asses of 24/7 to survive, would not get in due to the way they dress and look or they could not afford it anyway.
