So again, how would you know how he was fired or hired? In some states, you can be fired for being gay due to legal technicalities. Any right to work state would give no worker any protection at all. Not every flaming gay person in corporate America is a AA hire. In my own personal experience, they tend to be hired because they are technically very good at their jobs and no one else was available. Either that or a liberal woman hired them trying to bolster their army with "Their people". Which is no different than what deer huntin and fishin straight men do too. I disagree that there will be more of it. Historically speaking, we're in pretty peaceful times overall. The big difference now is, thanks to technology, we're much more aware of these random violent acts. Everyone can have an audience on the internet, even psychopaths.

I like this statement. I was watching a show about the Black Dahlia murders and whatnot, and I was surprised to see just how many people make money, have stores selling merch, make movies, museums and merch stores (like this one: http://www.museumofdeath.net/), and websites talking about this stuff. There is alot of discussion in the Psychology world about the fascination Americans have with serial killers. Surprise surprise, much of them are women.

Behaving badly at work without getting fired is a privilege shared by many of all colors, each gender, etc. In some states it's hard as fuck to get rid of a full time employee for a litany of reasons.

1. Union reasons.
2. Severance Pay guidelines.
3. Internal HR/Company Policy (which can be very broad and unique)
4. State regulations.
5. EEOC considerations
6. Privately owned vs. Publicly owned
7. Internal Office Politics (broad and unique)
8. The state is not a Right to Work State

There is a reason why Corporate America is flush with 3rd party contractors in the past 10 years or so. With contractors, you can let them go instantly without needing to fulfill any of the above. The IT industry is like this. Relatively few are full time employed in many states for all these reasons.

Just because he was behaving badly and was seeming to get away with it, does not mean it was an AA reason. I'm sure everyone that works somewhere right fucking now, works with some jackass or a neurotic psycho bitch that everyone in the office groans and moans about, that has an HR file as long as toilet paper. With so many random killings these days, it's almost getting scary to live in this country. In the DC area for example we recently had the guy who was stabbed to death on the metro, the guy who was killed by a stray bullet on the way to a restaurant and so on.. There was a shootout a few blocks from where I live too. Luckily I wasn't in the wrong place at the wrong time but you can still see the bullet holes in the buildings when you walk by.

Reminds me of what it felt like back when we had the DC sniper.. You can just never know when someone is going to randomly murder you.

This is a good point. It's one of the main reasons I actually like living where I do (sort of rural area). It's not perfect but I feel a lot more safe than I do when I'm in a large city. Maybe that's just my ignorance, but I remember feeling very uneasy walking down the streets of Buffalo a few months ago. Downtown Baltimore last month wasn't exactly a peach either.

So here's the big picture:

Like I said after Dylan Roof, violence always escalates to more violence. This is a law of human nature. There will be more race related incidents in the future from other unhinged Whites or Blacks.

However, as long as Whites remain the majority then at some point in the future they will put the clampdown against this sort of violence within the Black community. Think how NYC did the "stop and frisk" laws but on a nationwide level. Or draconian youth imprisonment laws might be imposed, such as a Black youth who vandalizes something with spray paint and then is barred from owning a gun, for the rest of his life. Or Whites will create intense segregated communities in the future.

Whites will remain the majority if Trump is elected. But Trump is not elected, we can expect a total breakdown of law and order as the country goes bankrupt under whatever corrupt leadership we have instead and Whites are displaced as the majority. And within the carnage of bankruptcy, there will not be any police forces, there will not be food stamps (or food stamps won't be able to buy shit), and you'll see gangs of Blacks, Whites, and Latinos going out to rape and pillage. As the carnage escalates there will be militias formed by Whites (still the richest and most organized) who will take matters into their own hands. Formerly liberal Whites will become the huge racists their great-great-great grandfathers were, overnight. These militias will probably bulldoze down non-White communities with extreme violence and prejudice. At this point you have a full blown race war, you will be in Civil War II.

But this can be avoided if Trump is elected. Trump will keep America majority White and still allow for a harsh, but relatively peaceful, crackdown on the more criminal elements of society (which is disproportionately Black due to the effects of single-momma welfare). And judging from Trump's current momentum (and Hillary's lack of momentum), this is thankfully the likely outcome.
