It's ok to think this way, but don't let it eat you up. I have been there before. I would say , try to minimize the time you spend on social media. Whenever I am on facebook a lot I always troll pictures and wonder what people are up to.

Also, start doing more approaches. Avoid online dating for a bit because it can sometimes put you in a reactive state when your'e waiting for replies and such. Try and be more proactive in your approach to things. I found myself going through those feelings again recently after some experiences I just had.

Man I'm familiar with it. I wouldn't be to excited to fuck a chick who's an admitted slut though. For me the disappointment comes from being close to fucking said girl but losing the chance to seal the deal. A lot of the more attractive girls are busy checking their options. Remember that. As time rolls on, we're seeing more and more women demanding, or simply blowing off guys who don't do everything on their terms. These girls are bad news, a waste of time, and probably not the best in the sack anyways.

And while you're recontextualizing, if you need to go nuclear, you might want to mention that some women who have a high number count like that are at least smart enough to get paid. She's giving it away for free. Considering how devalued she's going to be in a few years, she might as well try to make some money with it now...it's unlikely anyone is going to be putting money down on that.

Your issue is with what they refer to as "inner game", a term I find lacking and not very likeable, but descriptive of the situation.

Jealousy begins with Freud's Oedipal Complex.
You are either "bitten" by that bug or you are not.

Now, it is possible to reverse the situation, but bullshit talk therapy won't work.
From what I've observed over the years, in myself and with other guys who get laid a lot, scoring many notches will not work, either.
Because notches are conquests and you're trying to deal with those who reject you.

I've dealt with it by "cold showering" myself: imagining the worst in the situation, making it far worse than it is in my mind, and desensitizing myself.
It's not gone altogether, because it has been a part of me from 3-6 y.o. (according to the F guy), but it is far easier to deal with than before.

You might also want to try "alternative" therapies, but this forum is not the venue for that kind of stuff, so you'll have to research them on your own.

To add to that, the definition of a whore is: a girl who will have sex for a reason, often not related only to the enjoyment of sex itself (i.e. $$, drugs, status, bragging rights, ego validation), but sex is a bonus on her quest for manipulative ends.
