What is a "troll" in this law? Anyone posting anything causing "harm". What is "harm"? Apparently, anything a whiny teenager says it is.

A 'troll' used to be someone who would post comments/statements in order to elicit replies.

It's been hijacked to describe someone who says something 'mean', or someone who hurts someone's feelings.

On Facebook a few years ago, I started noticing a trend of leftists branding anyone a "troll" who simply disagreed with them.

You could write a rational response and cite sources in links, but if you didn't go along with their party line, you were a "troll." I'm no longer friends with such people, for obvious reasons. Talk about narrow-minded and intolerant.

A troll job would be to be all serious about a topic which he knows to be false and incites others into a meltdown.

Hence the "TROAAAL" pictures of years ago.

troll nowadays means "anyone who disagrees with me" on Internet. 2-3 years sentence for disagreeing... well after having been few times in Australia, I thought that was the worst country in the world.

I find most people left or right like this. People get so blinded and fail to see the long term consequences of their choices.

I think Blick was referring to the typical internet commenter on idiotic sites like Reddit. When they get offended by someone they resort to name-calling and telling people to kill themselves.
