Even if God forbid Trump turns out to be a bad president, he helped shift the window of public opinion in a way that is not going back anytime soon. People are sick and tired of the bullshit. We have found out voice and we will not go quietly.
Fireside chats is the term used to describe a series of 30 evening radio conversations (chats) given by U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt between 1933 and 1944. Roosevelt spoke with familiarity to millions of Americans about the promulgation of the Emergency Banking Act in response to the banking crisis, the recession, New Deal initiatives, and the course of World War II. On radio, he was able to quell rumors and explain his policies. His tone and demeanor communicated self-assurance during times of despair and uncertainty. Roosevelt was a great communicator on radio, and the fireside chats kept him in high public regard throughout his presidency.
The series of fireside chats was among the first 50 recordings made part of the National Recording Registry of the Library of Congress, which noted it as "an influential series of radio broadcasts in which Roosevelt utilized the media to present his programs and ideas directly to the public and thereby redefined the relationship between the President and the American people."

Don't worry brother. After Trump politics as we know it will never ever be the same again. Trump proved once and for all that you don't have to bullshit and sell out your electorate in order to get elected.
Only 610 hours until Obama gets booted out of the White House :-)

I really hope Trump delivers, I am just too sceptical... We will see after 20 of January
Obama is an empty suit. He just took advice from the establishment and Deep State. Very little he did from his mind. I have nothing against the guy; this isn't me having some seething hate for the man, but as President, I laugh at him because he has done so little to advance the USA if you pick it all apart.
Every one of his policy pushes came from a select group:
ACA was from Big Insurance -- Obama has zero skin in that
The Bailouts was from Wall Street - Obama just followed the lead from what Citi and BoA heads told him to do.
The Gay/SCOTUS push was from Obama getting taken hostage from the lurking Gay Lobby
The net lockdown strong-armed from the Big Telecoms and Google -- Obama gave in.
Media censorship from Big Media, Obama gladly signs on.
Obama and is free wheeling bomb campaigns all came from Deep State hacks -- Obama dropped bombs in 17 countries during his eight years more than any other President outside of a wartime situation.
Black America is in its worst position in decades; they had more wealth in the 50s before they even were granted full Civil Rights. Places like Chicago have more people dead from murder than wars fought abroad. The only time Obama shows up in Chicago was for Photo-ops with Merkey and shit for the G8. I hope people piss all over his future South Chicago Presidential Library and raid it for its copper pipes.
Obama was a hack because he never got any pushback. GOP and Dems could make him bend over when over they wanted. His only big win was Bin Laden but no proof exists of that, it could have been a fairy tale for all we know.
I tell folks that Obama may be the worst President in history because the country is such a basket case now, people and hostilities are sky high, and structurally nothing was addressed such as the coming mess with entitlements. Individuals who are pro-Obama get mad when you say that.

How funny this is. I made a post this morning about his legacy here. It was Hillary that called him an "Empty Suit" back in 2008. Obama supporters black and otherwise internalized that as a blanket racist insult and snubbed her and Bill for saying it. That old demon actually knew something the rest of us apparently did not.
We all should have known better. A dog knows what he smells on another dog's ass, although to us, they just both smell like regular dogs.
Quote:Trumps attend church services on Christmas Eve
By Associated Press
Published: 25 December 2016
Donald Trump is kicking off Christmas by attending midnight services at an Episcopal church in Palm Beach, Florida. The president-elect and his wife, Melania, arrived Saturday night at the Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea. The soon-to-be first couple were married at the church in 2005. Trump has bemoaned the increased use of the term "Happy Holidays" in place of "Merry Christmas" as a sign that Christianity is under attack. As president, he's said, he'll reverse the trend. The president-elect is spending the holidays at his Florida estate, Mar-a-Lago, where he's been holding meetings with senior staff, advisers and business executives.
President Trump's position on Christmas and Christianity is very clear:
I'm happy to report I've been told "Merry Christmas" more times this year than I have in probably the last eight years combined. No bullshit. Anyone else been having similar experiences?

Great post although I disagree on Bin Laden - I wouldnt even give him credit for that - that was the military and CIA operatives. Any fucking retard could 'authorize' an attack on Bin Laden, although if anyone could have fucked it up it would have been him.

He's already been the most effective President Elect in history.
We need to have a running list of all the companies that are coming here and investing or hiring more people.
Also a pledged dollar amount.
Obama has had 8 YEARS and Pres Trump just came in and has companies lining up to take advantage of his economic plan.
It's amazing.
He's already been amazingly effective, without even taking office. Still, he must watch his back from treacherous GOP cucks and dems that would rather have him fail than the country be successful. His biggest threat will be advisors with their own agendas, especially war hawks. Trump needs to run a tight ship, the media will cut him no slack. He'll have to continue to do end runs around them to get his message out to the American people.

Yes, Obama was a manufacture president, he was nothing but a community organizer, yet, Trump as a talented businessman is the one getting labeled as not experienced. Obama could not run a grocery store, he did not build anything. He now can do a Clinton move and live on paid speeches.
Obama was not a leader, he was an enabler, you can be sure Obama really don't have Americans best interest in mind. In his 8 years, every country and enemy of America have become stronger, and he and people like him do it on purpose, you can bet Markel knows the rape and crime epidemic of the invaders arriving.
The thing is, they never have to deal with the consequence of their actions, Obama will live in a mansion in DC and will have lifetime Secret Service protection, he and his family don't have to sing up for Obamacare, there wont be illegals in his community.
This is what is repeating all over the world with globalism agenda Obama championed so much, where you have the upper ultra rich and the poor, there is nothing in the middle.
Quote:RNC clarifies part of Christmas message after social media criticism
A Republican National Committee official lashed out at critics after part of a Christmas statement it made Sunday sparked outrage on social media.
RNC Chairman Reince Priebus released a three-paragraph statement on the holiday, but it was the first paragraph that drew critics’ attention.
“Over two millennia ago, a new hope was born into the world, a Savior who would offer the promise of salvation to all mankind. Just as the three wise men did on that night, this Christmas heralds a time to celebrate the good news of a new King."
The message kicked off a heated debate on social media over whether the reference to a “new King” was about President-elect Donald Trump.
John Weaver, a top aide to Ohio Gov. John Kasich, was among those who tweeted their displeasure with the statement.
RNC spokesman and future Trump press secretary Sean Spicer defended the message, telling CNN the reference didn’t have anything to do with Trump and “Christ is the King in the Christian faith.”
Spicer later said that it was “sad & disappointing you are politicizing such a holy day.”
The statement also asked Americans to keep military members in their thoughts and prayers and to “rise to meet the material, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals all around us.”
Liberals really are mentally retarded or unstable somehow. How can anyone that claims to be educated or claim to have any level of proficiency in the English language, come up with those Tweets?
At first I thought it was Liberal Atheists trying to get a rise out of everyone, but these people probably aren't Atheist.
I also notice it is mostly men, and not hysterical women, with these garbage tweets. What a disappointing way to start the morning. Stuff like this is more saddening than any actual news attacks against Trump.
Where is that Trump tweet about how poor people's education is and how he is going to fix that too, when you need it? First America is starting to fall behind on math and science, and now English and reading comprehension skills? You couldn't make this shit up.
The RNC needs some Trump tips from the man himself. Never apologize to SJW's, they will only ask for more. Would have been better to mock them for trying to twist the words into something that they clearly didn't mean.
Better example (agree and amplify): We regret we made a mistake in our first posting. We meant to say Eternal Lord Emperor President for Life Donald J. Trump.

Then the real meltdown would have occurred.
I agree with the never apologize part. They lost alot of frame on this, although if commenters on Fox means anything, no one conservative took it the wrong way.
Mocking would work, but I wouldn't have said that though, that is a bit too much. A national party should not have to get into reverse-trolling and comedy routines to deal with ignorant and stupid voters.
