I don't think Huck's endorsed anyone yet, but his daughter landed a pretty high level position in Trump's campaign staff.

He's officially gone on record that he won't endorse anyone except the eventual nominee.

I remember reading somewhere else - and intuitively it makes sense - that the reason Herman Cain doesn't endorse Trump is because he's a regular guest on Fox News and an official endorsement could result in him being dropped; Huckabee, also a Fox News regular, is probably in the same boat.
