Are we sure that this video actually shows an ISIS connection?

It looks to me like footage of a BlackLivesMatter protest involving US flag desecration, with music and a splash added afterward. The screenshot shows a youtube page in (Arabic?). It seems possible that someone unrelated to Dimassimo used his video of flag desecration as propaganda for their own purposes without his knowledge or permission.

(Not saying for sure he has no ISIS connection, but I have not seen convincing evidence yet)
