I like the passage in Transsimian's post where she talks about the clothes she wears and how all women are entitled to wear what they like and feel and be regarded by others as beautiful no matter how they actually look.

That's not how it works.

These hambeasts seem to share a cargo-cult-like misconception that the beauty they see in another woman's getup resides wholly in the clothes, and that wearing the same clothes themselves makes them look just as beautiful. They willfully ignore the full scope of the matter, that the beauty they see is an emergent property of the whole: the getup, and the woman wearing it, and how that woman wears it, and the context in which it's worn. Some women can pull off low-cut and form-fitting clothes. Most cannot. Fatties most definitely cannot. And when they try, they look ridiculous at best, if not pitiable for their obvious delusions. Of course, even they know that they look ridiculous and terrible - they are in no way oblivious to the failure of their magical thinking to transform a lie into reality. Thus the aggressive nonsensical assertions of how beautiful they look and the entitled demands that others see them exactly the way they want to be seen.

Yet these same women would have no problem dealing with this fact in other contexts - for example, she might like Barbie pink, a lot, but will recognize that painting her house that color will turn it into an eyesore and a laughing stock, dramatically reduce its market value, make her a pariah with the neighbors, and earn her the wrath of the HOA. Or, she likes to see guys wearing Speedos at the beach, but will recognize that most men look terrible in them because they don't have the body type to pull off that look.

The Mythbusters are about as scientific as the modern gender classes to biology. Some of the "myths" they busted are on the level of Snopes "debunking".

You have to realize that they are Lysenkoist modern propaganda workers and they will claim anything that is currently told to them from the triumvirate of the power matrix - corporations, academia and politics. But it will be fun to read about it one day and backtrack, though they will probably deny ever saying that or simply ignore it all. They will ignore that they pushed for global cooling in the 1970s. They will be silent about the supposed Global Warming that did not happen. They simply changed the nomenclature and that is it.

In that context - fat is healthy and beautiful and you are a sexist misogynist fatphobic hypocrite for saying otherwise.

I read that article, and it's absolutely tragic. The politicians that ignore what these companies are doing should be put in jail. If nothing else that article made me more aware of how dangerous these foods are, especially to children. How poor children in 3rd world countries (even infants!) are getting obese, is a kind of abuse on par with sending children to work in coal mines. All just to push more surgary product and make corporate growth goals. Some people have no soul. People also have no forsight to the long term national problems a country of obese people will have. A less capable national defense to start with. Sad.

We must continue and encourage fat shaming. The epidemic is out of control. I've said it before and I'll say it again, if I see a fat person at the gym, I will never make fun of him/her because that person is working to ditch the fat lifestyle.

However, my respect will go down the drain if they think they then "deserve" to scarf down a large meat lovers pizza afterwards.

Those women that feel like they can have any man or have really high standards like the skinnies are as ill mentally as they are physically. Those blobs of cellulite needs to understand that good looking people attract other good looking people. Taking over two airplane seats with your fat sweaty ass is not attractive.

People such as myself are disgusted because they put in the time and effort to look the way they do. Fat people do the same, except their workouts consist of double fisting tacos and pizza. Lots of reps.

Not long ago I walked past a new neighbor I'd never seen before as I was taking out the garbage. She was wearing gym clothes, she looked like a prettier Olivia Wilde (minus the square jaw) had a great rack and gave me a charming smile. I didn't really have much time to check her lower half. As I turned around and walked behind her my dick almost fell off: she had an ass like an obese middle-aged black woman. I bet after prancing around at the gym not even breaking a sweat she stuffs her face with pizza and chocolate ice cream. What a sad waste of a face. Why would you do that to yourself when you have so much potential? I just don't understand.

Has anyone ever watched shows like "My 600 lb life"? It's unbearable to watch these people and all those rolls. It's like watching the versions of Bart and Lisa from the Simpsons where they're morbidly obese and act like Southern stereotypes.

I'm seeing fatter women too, I noticed it on a TV ad for a local business when I was on the treadmill last night at the gym, 2 out of the 5 women were fat.

I watched that documentary "The Half Ton Man." Only got help when his skin started tearing apart. They needed a crane to transport him to the hospital. Last I heard he was down to 600 and still shrinking. Had a strict diet and exercise program.

I saw a documentary not long ago called The fattest man on earth.

They had a whole team of pro's that wanted to save this guys life but you know what really killed him in the end?

His mentally sick (by default) girlfriend, who just kept bringing him enough food to feed a hippo.

They should have framed the documentary entirely differently and called it "Murder by mothering".
