This got me curious; I want to visit Iran one day. I logged into OKCupid and typed in Tehran, Iran. I was a bit surprised, there's maybe a few dozen or so profiles. There are loads of Persians in London, many of whom like to party. I nailed one there, total freak.

Iran is right next to Dubai. I will be going there for a week later this year.

Read the datasheets about Iran on this forum. They are pretty much spot on. I can relate to those because I'm an Iranian myself. I use to visit Teheran every year when I was younger. I would get a lot of attention because I don't look Iranian at all (white skin, green eyes). Girls would come up and say in English woow you have beautiful eyes where are you from. Unfortunately I was blue pilled back then so I never acted on those compliments. Would love to go back some day soon, I haven't been there for 8 years. Almost all of my relatives lives there.

House parties are very common. You will be invited if you get a nice social circle, which is very easy to get just due to the fact that you are a foreigner.

Logistics is going to be your worst enemy. There will be problems if you get a hotel room. I'm sure that the receptionist will ask for papers to prove him/her that you are married to the girl you bring back. Or even call for security guards because you are breaking the law lol.

So I think the best bet is to get a male Persian friend that has his own apartment in Teheran and stay at his place. Girls can also invite you back to their place but almost all of them live with their families so that kind of sucks..

Oh I almost forgot, don't wear shorts. It's forbidden.

Friendliest people on earth hands down. Never been spoiled like that anywhere else.
They love Americans and Europeans even more than in the Philippines.
They are pretty westernized as Rio pointed out and many got excellent English skills.

The government are trying to paint a more conservative picture of the country than it is in reality.

Smoked a lot of opium and made some good friends.
Would love to go back again. Today I would do things differently than on my previous trip when I travelled as a backpacker jumping from city to city.

Iranians are Persians - their mentalities were always different from their Arab neighbors.

The Mullahs one day will be gone in Iran - such a regime will never be upheld long-term. It is much less stable than the one in Saudi Arabia - which also unstable, but for different reasons.

Would be interesting to test out Iran as a pussy paradise, but I guess the only chances are to join a good social circle. It's not as if you are going to make any headway via Daygame there.

Well Papi Rico, because most for my englightment of the iranian culture happened on campus. Those years that i spend time with them thought me alot about humanity itself. SO more cultures you suck up so more flexible and understanding you get. For me its always an andventure if i get to know somebody that i never had contact with. And those weeks that i spend time in "Persia", i would rather call it a friendship reunion. I had some some exp. with females their but i think its not worth a datasheet!

Just another piece of second-hand evidence regarding the house parties. In Germany, I met a German-raised Iranian girl. Eye-popping curves and the sweetest smile, if too much makeup. She told me of the house parties as well. To paraphrase, "If you go to the party, there are girls dancing all...you know, sexy... Sometimes the cops come by and everyone has to be quiet but then they turn the music on again."

She also told me Iranian guys will write their number on a piece of paper and crumple it up. Then, if they see girls in a car stopped at a light, they'll toss the paper balls in at them.

I've moved to Tehran 3 months ago.

Internet speed is shit. Even worse when you use VPN. But you still can open Tinder. I had 12 flags in my short period of time. If you don't look Iranian, if your logistics is perfect, you can bang on the first date. End of the story.

How do you set up good logistics? That seems to be the biggest challenge for a foreigner. I can imagine all it takes is some nosy neighbors to call up the morality police and before you know it you're getting 100 lashes.

While I've never been there, at least from the ones I've met in DC (rumor has a lot of them fled to DC and LA because the last direct flights out of the country in 1979 were to LAX and Dulles) and from what I've seen on video they seem to be a very fun loving people ruled by a bunch of ultra violent party poopers.

Good stand up routine from a while back.





Plus, when Anthony Bourdain was there, people in the street gave off a very fun and friendly vibe until the religious police showed up. Definitely worth the 45 minutes on Netflix.
