Going ape shit on some other guy based on some perceived injustice done to a woman is the very definition of being a mindless white knight.

The issue here is about taking care of soldiers. Its a leadership problem that undermines morale and discipline.

Silly compliance training is not the answer. That's just a CYA. Actually, enforcement of UCMJ is a better answer...but that's not going to happen uniformly enough and top leadership(DOD) knows that...hence the ridiculous training.

In other news, the Medal of Honor has been scrapped after persistent complaints surrounding its elitist, and misogynistic nature. It is to be replaced by the more egalitarian Medal of Participation.

I was on two ships during my time in the Navy in the 90's. One was a supply ship that already had females on board. The second was a destroyer that only had female officers, then integrated female crew members after our deployment.

I did not think very highly of this program. There were a couple that worked damn hard and I respected them. Then there were others who did nothing. One girl in my division was dating the ship's store operator. She was down there all day talking to him. I never saw any disciplinary action against her for not doing any of her own work.

And of course we had to constantly take sexual harassment training. You know, because from the leftist mindset, people only violate the rules because they haven't sat through enough mandatory training.

The definition of sexual harassment must no be "He oogled me"

The fastest pickup line in Ft Lauderdale/Port Everglades was - "have you ever had dinner on a Nuclear Submarine - NO bring 10 or 20 of your hottest girlfriends and our Johnson and Wales trained chefs will put on a beer and bronto burgers grillathon... Our culinary guys and the crew who were not married always ended the day with big smiles on their faces and plenty of numbers.

Point is we never had to rape or sexually harass any natural born females unless basic day or night game is now considered "sexual harassment".
