I can't see Hillary dropping out no matter how sick she might be. Hillary is about Hillary. She doesn't care about the party or the nation. She seems to feel she is owed being president. The press and her handlers will prop her up literally and figuratively. However, if she goes on life support, that MIGHT be a different matter.

Pro: Biden polls better than Trump and could win if he comes in near the election.
Obama is still popular and Biden would be seen as an extension of Dear Leader's reign.

Con: Even with the press covering for him, if Biden is in too long unpleasant truths will come out like his having to drop out of his first run for president because he stole the life story (coal family) of the UK Labour head.

bernie supporters will feel ripped off and then it will be a matter of whether their desire to stop (Just like Hitler!) will override their anger about Bernie not being chosen.

Bernie might be able to beat Trump too.

Pro: big base and the global elite will swing his way because he is less of a threat than Trump

Pretty sure it is already too late to change the candidates on the ballots. Early voting is not far away. Either Hillary is in, or Trump runs essentially unopposed.

Well, the pneumonia explanation is plausible. She has been visibly sick for the past couple of days and if she was feverish she could easily faint like she did this morning. My very first comment was that a virus or flu was her best case scenario, and it seems that this is the explanation.

Mike's comments on this are nonsense, for what it's worth. The most common types of pneumonia are not especially contagious, far less so than common cold or flu, so her walking around is not a danger to others.

The Clinton campaign are ridiculously secretive so it is plausible that she got sick, they thought they could obfuscate and lie about it, but after what happened this morning they had no choice but to reveal it. She will now have to take some antibiotics and miss any number of campaign events.

It's not a campaign-ending event by any means (assuming she recovers reasonably fast) but it's not great for her. They should have revealed the diagnosis as soon as it was made -- now, they look bad because they revealed it only when their hand was forced. Also, it will sideline her from the campaign trail during an important stretch. And most importantly, voters will wonder if maybe the strain of campaigning contributed to her falling ill, and if so, is she really up to the very tough work of actually being president.

This guy got excoriated by the press for saying Hillary didn't look well on Friday. Well now we learn she had pneumonia. This guy is vindicated.

This is what happens when the DNC and MSM cleared a path (i.e., rigged things) to go for their dream of a "historic first woman" president because "it's her turn."

No vetting = disaster.

This is the strategy now. This is how she can get by hiding her Parkinson's (assuming she has it).

Say she has pneumonia and yet, being a women, she is so strong she is going to soldier on. It takes a couple months to get over pneumonia, so by the time she is sworn in, she will be fully recovered. But for now, she will heroically go on in this campaign, even though she is hobbled with this temporary illness.

Then this will justify the light schedule. And any coughing fits or other "medical incidents" can be attributed to the pneumonia.

She might use it to back out of the debates.

Key to this strategy is a sycophantic and servile press, cheering her on for how strong and heroic she is.

Why would aspiration pneumonia (as Mike Cernovich was thinking) be ridiculous? It seems like a highly likely culprit at this point and also lines up well with the other strange medical history issues and symptoms she has been showing lately. Even a skeptic would have to include it as a very plausible explanation at this point.

And yeah, I agree it isn't necessarily "campaign-ending," but it is about as close as it gets and is a total game-changer. She is on the brink. It is definitely a bigger deal than the basket of deplorables comment, and also puts an elephant sized microscope on future Hillary health-related issues (which at this rate are bound to happen with two months left to go) and can no longer be defended as conspiracies. Any other real or perceived medical issues that Clinton has at this point now will destroy her (and WILL be campaign-ending) because everyone in the nation is now on to it. The confirmation-bias is firmly in place now for a majority of the electorate and not confined to just Trump people. It erases the "conspiracy theory" narrative around her health that would have been viable with the gullible portion of the electorate, but now is not a realistic defense because her campaign admitted to having a relatively serious health issue (pneumonia, which is not a small deal and carries a risk even as serious as death especially in people her age). The "right-wing conspirators" (our team) were proven right that at least SOMETHING was/is going on. Personally I think it is probably worse than just pneumonia and there is a good chance of that being more of a symptom than a root cause, but at this point it is huge that she 1. fainted on video and 2. was forced to admit to a fairly serious health problem, even if in reality the health issue is even worse.
