^I usually mix it up, Airbnb isn't that cheap if you're rolling solo but if you have another person to split the costs then it isn't too bad, for example, another member and I were staying at the hotel I mention above and were paying 130.000/night in Chapinero then we found a decent two bedroom condo very close to Parque 93 (nice spot) for 150.000/night so we took that. The coast is decent if you want some sunshine but its a different world up there: the cities are more run down, the people very different (they speak fast and fuck donkeys), its hot as fuck and the beaches aren't that great unless you go to parque Tayrona (40.000 entrance fee) or take a boat to an island and the women aren't as attractive as the ones in the interior. I personally don't mind going up there for 4-7 days to party and do some diving but after that I start complaining about the place and go back to Medellin or Cali where its more comfortable, for me. If you can handle the heat and Costeno people then you may really enjoy it up there, they are laid back, fun and love to party.

I had two pm's this morning of guys asking about testosterone and viagra. There is a misconception. Here's the deal gentleman. Most guys seem to think they need Viagra if they take testosterone. No gentleman.

When it comes to sex, there is a huge difference between banging a girlfriend or someone you care about, and banging 3 girls a day that you've only known for 10- 15 minutes tops and having to use a condom for each one, which suck. One thing though Linux, i know red pill guys tend to dismiss mainstream authority and guidelines but i would be very careful with the viagra.

And everyone reading should be inspired by the game and results, but please dont go self prescribing viagra doses for yourself. As far as i know the doses youre taking are already very extreme and potentially dangerous. That plus your level of physical activity could prove fatal. Id consider scaling back.

Hate to be the mood killer but a friend of mine died because of a stupid fat burner so these warnings are not for nothing.

My macros are about 40/40/20 and cals are dependent on where I am and how much exercise I am doing, I eat more in Cali and less in Bogota. I work out 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes a day but I have been doing it for 15 years so I know how to target the muscle I want, I get in the gym and get out asap. If I am fucking for an hour straight, I have no problem throwing down a high glycemic carb like a sandwich when I am finished. I avoid beef at night because I don't sleep well when I eat it too late. I hate beer because it makes me piss constantly, so I stick to whiskey.

As far as accommodation goes it helps but it is not a deal breaker. My room is absolutely tiny at the moment. Maybe 6 feet by 10. I was waiting for another room to open up but now I am off to Cali so it doesn't matter. Girls don't really care as long as its comfortable and in some ways it has helped - nowhere to sit but my tiny bed!

Primary thing to consider should be location. Right next to a quiet cafe/restaurant/bar is ideal. You want dates as near as physically possible to your house. A girl walking more than a few 100 meters isn't helpful. Being close to main drinking areas is a plus but most dates are lunch/dinner/coffee so that is more important.

All this Viagra talk is hilarious but it is a reality down here with the amount of numbers of girls and times they want to fuck. Before noon today I had already had sex three times from a girl that came over from breakfast. Girls are extremely horny and keep trying for more and more.
