Hey,
In POA for 3-6 months, going to post about how it goes and at the end maybe make a datasheet.

So far fucked 3 girls from Tinder, all of them moms in need for a husband or trying to rationalise the fact that they want the D.

Went out once at night met some cute girls, kinda hard for me to go out alone since I haven't gamed for 5 months but hey got to do it.

Went out twice daygame, the quality is really average here, I might be too picky or maybe the AA talking. Opened 4 sets with no result (bf, too young).

But that is just the beginning because I'm rusty .
Most girls here try to make me wait, that pissed me off at the beginning but now I don't care because I have other girls and I'm starting to game again.
I need to rebuild a social circle too.
3 lays in 3 weeks not bad but I want the best quality, that's why I am here in the south.

Atlantis, let me lay it out for you....depends on your age, Portugues skills and your looks in Brazil.
I prefer younger women, so the Northeast is better for me, even though they are not on average, as good looking as mineiras or gauchas.
And the interior....Manaus and Belem might still be the hidden gems.

Much of your luck in the south with the prettiest girls will depend on your level of Portuguese and social circle. Befriend some cool guys and get into private parties at houses during churrascos as that's where the gold is.

There are many many hidden gems in the interior of every state. Try Goiania for example. However, to get a shot at them, one needs to speak decent portuguese.

I'm starting to build a social circle.
I'm not that much into social circle game, I prefer to go on the hunt in big wild places, I prefer this thrill of the hunt.
I met some cool dudes here in POA, some not that awesome.
But it takes time, my Portuguese is ok.
Social circle game for me is more like being a spy. I'm much more like Rambo smashing doors and going back with a girl at his arms.
Bars here are so small that I feel if I fuck up, I'm done for the night but since I am really well calibrated and a friendly french gringo everything is smooth but I don't push hard because of social circle pressure ...
Some brazileiros showed me the nightclub street, an attraction park for me with many people outside, I think I'm gonna crush it here.
Daygame, here girls barely give you the time of the day, dunno if it is because people begging in the street.
Gonna reread Roosh's daygame which seems to be more appropriate here than using direct game.
Girls in the south are not as needy and aggressive or trying to lock a boyfriend, I went to the south because I want quality even if i work for it.
Like a girl would not text me for a week then say some BS like 'O I just turned my internet on my cellphone now'.
At the beginning I was feeling a bit guilty of fucking other girls, because the girls were cool but now I don't really care about the feelings of the girls when they make me wait like that.
A girl is crazy when she tells a guy that he has to wait 2 weeks with no sex and keep his dick in his pants because she doesn't have time for him.

Don't go there when girls have school.
Don't go there if you don't have a wing.
Don't go there if your Portuguese is basic.
Don't go there if you want to find everyday parties in the street.

Girls are delusional ('cul doce'/flake) because focused on their career, it's like I'd put you in front of a naked Penelope Cruz and you would rather focus on doing extra hours for your 9-5 job. They willl waste your time on Whatsapp because they don't have anything to do in their life and want a foreigner penpal.
The economic crisis is making them cold. It's making them sulky(Currently in Bogota just 'oh my god' the difference).

Go there if you want to find gems, like 10% in the club are 9s-10s really pretty girls, like perfect girls next door, not sexy with big tits but it's like the word 'pretty' has been invented for those gauchas.
Brazilian girls know how to kiss. Their lips have been engineered by god, it's like god invented lipstick for them too.

Game wise:
Daygame sucks, people begging in the street and chaos.
Been to Centro, it's oxford street + beggers + people selling things.
Before leaving I went to the commercial center of praia bella, I saw many great sets, I have been there on a date in the past and didn't see that much talent so took it of the list (shame).
Night game:
Biggest place I have been to : Opinao, big and loud club (by the way if you like rock POA is the best)
So that's the only solid report here on POA for a 2.5 months, go there if you want to settle and like social circle.
I'm not a social circle guy, I'm not going to pretend and waste time with blue pills chodes just to get girls.
When I go out, it's to have fun with alfa guys.

I think day game might be hard in places like centros in Brazil, as there is a highly concerned issue of safety. As we know the downtown areas are not the safest of all and there are a lot of beggars and drug addicts on the street. There are also dirty streets and low end shops, all these things might put off the girl a little if you are doing day game in Brazil.

Atlantis, your advice also applies to Belo Horizonte, though mineiras are not as obsessed with work and school, as gauchas seem to be.
My problem with BH, is that I usually, needed at least 3 dates, to get the bang with quality girls.
Once you got a gaucha, to agree to go out with you.....how long did it usually take to get the notch?
Also, I suspect big age differences aren't so common in POA.
That is why the NE and Amazonia is where I go, though how pretty gauchas are, makes it tempting.

The young ones (the older ones are just fucked up immature leftovers) are just delusional and dream about meeting the perfect man and will waste your time 'cul-doce' forever.
I only fucked the 25+ and needy ones which was pretty much meet at house and fuck, the low hanging fruits.
Girls would live 6 kms away and never meet you because they don't have time and 'it's too far'. But they would happily spend an hour on whatsapp with you.
If you go there, settle there for years and be ready to slow game if you want the gems.
You talked about 3 dates, yes plausible here too but they only date on sunday (sometime) which is a fucking long funnel.
Worst is when the girl is not into you so you wasted 3 weeks on a girl (drove me mad in the past ).

Any updates on Porto Algere?
I have to leave Uruguay next month as my 90 days will be up and Porto Alegre is pretty much at the top of my list (which really only consist of Porto Alegre) for my next venture.... I could also just take the ferry over to Argentina and come back and get 90 more days in Uruguay... or check out some city in Argentina but none of that sounds as tempting as Brazil

Depending where you land (accents vary a lot in Brasil over small distances), your Spanish could be a more functional Portuguese in Brasil than it was a functional Spanish in Uruguay.

When I first landed in Uruguay my biggest language handicap was Portuguese dominating the hostel and Uruguayo Spanish being the language everywhere else. Between the two my Midwestern ears had a strong preference for the clear open mouth sounds of Southern Brazillians over the mushy closed mouth Uruguayo speak. And a Pimsleur accent should be closer to what you'll encounter up there than the mushy accents of Uruguay.

I quite liked POA. Spent about 90% of my Brazil trip there a few years ago. 1 tinder and 1 day game lay.

Quality of girls I remember was quite high during the day. Tinder not so much and there was a HUGE flaking culture. And of course the language barrier - sheesh. I did pimsleurs unit 1 and half of 2 before going which helped a lot.

There is a nice park I think was called Parquao or something like this. Good area to stay in, target rich but obviously don't take risks like hanging out after dark. Even in the park when there was an event going on I saw one guy just after he got robbed (presumably at knife point).

See if you can make some local friends because they will drive you to the wineries and awesome things in the countryside!

Also pay Gramado, the year round christmas themed town a visit. I was there on christmas day funnily enough. Highly recommended!
