Hi, for anyone in the Toronto/905 area(I'm in Niagara area) I'd like to perhaps meet-up and plan something disruptive/annoying(but LEGAL and LAWFUL) for SlutWalk. It happens mid-summer but I think this is a good time to start preparing.

I know they meet up at Nathan Phillips Square so perhaps make-up some signs(i.e. "You're Fat and Ugly and Nobody Wants To Fuck You") that would hopefully offend the hamsters there(and record it all of course). Or maybe at strategic locations hold up signs as they walk past. I dunno, just thinking out loud here.

I have means, a car, and could probably devote a small budget to any sort of plans.

Any takers? Perhaps others in other major cities may be inspired too. Could use rooshvforum as a place to make plans. I'm an accomplished senior software engineer and can also contribute on a technical level.

Sorry, but I think you have the wrong forum. Going to a slutwalk, much less "interrupting" one is a waste of time. We're all about improving ourselves here, not trying to poke wasp nests with sticks for the hell of it.


Doing this does not help any of us:

1)Make more money
2)Get laid more often with great looking women
3)help keep us healthy(in fact it worsens it since doing that would mostly cause needless stress to our lives)
4)Traveling
5)Getting better at game.

I'd suggest you take some time and look around the forum and see what you can learn. Hopefully you can stop feeling the urge to "fight the power" in such a wasteful and unproductive way.

I know the feeling of wanting to stick it to Toronto since it sucks in general, but spending your precious energy hating it is just counter-productive my man! Like CJ posted focus on bettering yourself and leaving this place behind! No need to feel ashamed about your thread, we've been there before!!

I've never lived in Toronto, but I have visited there frequently, typically for a few days at a time on a regular or even weekly basis. I know the downtown core like the back of my hand. I'm also familiar with the sort of people you meet there.

When I was in the graduation phase of my education, I had to decide where to live. I knew that I would be most happy in a big city with at least a million people, but preferably more than 5 million.

Being Canadian with no residency rights in the USA where I'd lived for my university years, I had to chose between a big city in Canada (Vancouver, Toronto or Montreal) or somewhere in Asia (where I have competitive skills and work visas come easy for me).

Having never been to Vancouver or Montreal, Toronto was the obvious choice, because I didn't intend to settle somewhere I'd never even seen.

I ended up choosing Beijing. Better than Toronto in every way.

I'm not sure where maz is in his journey, but if he wants to get out, I'm sure there is a way. In fact, if he is serious, I will help him do so.

The longer I'm in Beijing, the less I care that Slutwalks are occurring on the other side of the world.
