I don't remember lying that much/often on dates? I lied more when I was cheating. I do remember that when girls would broach a subject I didn't want to deal with or imply something I would just smile and smirk of my and let them fill in the answer like

"I bet you are some sort of on line dating man-whore"...Doc howard smirks and takes a drink, then stares off at the TV screen....silence...then the girl says "oh my god, you probably have different girls here all the time"...repeat smirk and drink.

I just let them keep rambling until something to change the subject comes up like "oh my god, I bet you have 1 million stds" then I just say something like "I just had a physical, the report is on my desk if you want to read it, I can't believe how much better the medical treatment is here in the USA vs. Canada"

subject changed...moving on.
