Just finished the 1st 2016 podcast. I like the energy you guys have. Moma's hilarious and you guys kind of balance each other out. Looking forward to future podcast.

Raising your SMV.A primer

I haven't really discussed what I think are there four drivers for female sexuality, but here is a quick rundown /background.

1) Stuff you are not in control of.

Hormones, her need to feel sexy and wanted, boredom, her finances... There are uncountable reasons that women have sex, find guys attractive, etc. The vast majority of them you don't even have influence much less control.

2) Primal instincts

This is the lizard brain. This is what gets girls to come up to you out of the blue. When a girl approaches, that's a major wrench in the matrix. She's going against her social programming and dealing at a base animal level.

- face
- body

This one cuts across race and cultural lines. As a player, you're not just leaving money on the table by not looking your physical best, you're leaving the table and dealing with leftovers and crumbs. As starved as you are, as much is on the floor and in the vending machines - your best bet is still at the table.

3) social attraction
- the kind of clothes that draw attention, show style, show attention to detail - that speaks to her programming

- wealth and displays of resources - every chick has a bit of gold digger in her. All things being equal she'll take the guy with more money. But since things are not equal, the young and hot version goes for fun, the older goes for stability.

- friends and social network - these are self explanatory. A subset is power and fame. The objective part isn't as important when you're out at the club or n shopping at the mall, but in how strangers treat you and react to you. Esteem? Deference? Respect? Disdain?

Chicks pay attention and sometimes draw right conclusions and wrong conclusions.

This is a tricky area for the man of color living in a society in the West. Because what we want is general respect, but often we get is fear. Fear on the part of others many use to their advantage and play up the intimidation aspects. Since I live in the hood, I can tell you that it only gets you so far.

So with white guys, the right body language and tone conveys "alpha". For us, you need to have the body language on your part, but also be cognizant of the posture and tone changes of all others, including the girl you're approaching or people you encounter.

For my Indian and Asian people, it's the dismissive attitude you have to deal with. From jump, others don't consider you a physical threat. That's the culture we live in, where blacks are violent criminals, Asians are effeminate, and white is just right. And then majority culture well devolve into its own tribalism.

4) Game/psychological/personality
You might not have the body or the wealth, but through words and actions alone, a chick can go from foe to friend to more. Suddenly you non entity can go from scenery to the focus of her attention.

So those are the four main attraction factors as I currently see it.

With that out of the way, let's talk moving up your SMV.

I'm sure you've seen graphs and charts. That might be appropriate for the mass market, but you'd need a department of mathematics to do one for men of color.

As a process, you have to look at yourself, look at where you fit among your peers, and then consider the woman you're trying to attract. And as a macro factor, where you live.

The mainstream market is slightly older white guys looking for younger white girls.

That's not who we are, and there are dynamics at play that they don't know about and can't discuss competently.

#2 primal - up your SMV through diet and exercise. This is a no brainer, but it's a lot of hard work. It can be conquered, but you need startup energy and then momentum through results throughout. The profit in this is High. You don't need to look like a magazine cover, just like you'd bang it out like a construction worker. She might not want sex, but rough autumn around the edges never hurts.

#3 social - As quick fixes go, this is the easiest and quickest. As philosopher Moma said in the last podcast and we've seen on seeking arrangement, you can create a fabulous life online much cheaper than you can in real life. For my online heads, this is really an untapped resource.

The real life SMV increase via social factors is meeting people, keeping up with fashion, going out to events. It's not a fast process.

Wealth, obviously not a quick process, but definitely something we should talk more about.

#4 - Game
You will get tired of eating right and pumping iron. Friends and fortunes come and go.

knowledge of self and how people react when you say and do various things is portable and timeless.

Developing your game is the least straight forward of the options. You can get bands with minimal game.

Just adjusting the first two elements and going out more, is usually more than enough to get into some fun.

Like a stripper who's always making money, it comes in and goes out just as fast. How does she take that money and get more out of it?

How does the player get more game value out of his one night stands? He has to be mindful, observe and test his assumptions. And then apply the knowledge and experiment.

When we talk about men taking a self inventory as to how they fit in their peer group, I think we get into another topic worthy of discussion.

Just how do some guys seem to pile up the W's, when others never seem to cross the finish line?

Through years in the field, you start to see a pattern forming; what we will call a form of Darwinism at work. Every guy starts relatively from the same place; 18 young and spry, but as time advances more of the competition starts to fall by the wayside via marriage, substance abuse, incarceration, indifference etc. In order stay relevant and in the running for quality mates there is a certain adaptation each man has to make.

This is where your social proof, personality, wherewithal/competency, put you in the "right place at the right time" to be the target of the woman acting on her reptilian urges. Luck is the summation of preparation and opportunity merging. Some guys figure that certain men have all the luck; however if you pull back the curtain there is usually some considerable behind the scenes work that goes into making things run smoothly.

The guy next to you has likely faced his own shortcomings, and has stayed malleable through his thoughts and actions where many others have chosen to close their minds to change, content letting life dictate to them their place in the dating hierarchy.

If I had to guess, I would say nobody reading this is the same man they were just 5 years ago, more than likely a certain transformation has taken place to arrive at who you are today. Most of us are works in progress, and if by chance we aren't, then you're playing catch up.

The podcast was amazing and extremely refreshing. Going to try to hop on that activated charcoal game.

Excellent podcast. Definitely going to get on that Activated Charcoal game. I'm one of those who brushes 3-4 times a day and the teeth are pretty white, but I'd like to get that brighter smile if I can.

Invest for the long term.
Eventually one of three things will happen...guys in the game will either:

1. Get married and have children.
2. Stop playing the game due to old age
3. Pass away

We all know #3 is guaranteed to happen...at some point, all the investment
(time, energy and money) you put into game should at least give you some valuable returns...
traditionally that has been a family.

Years and years of one night stands and mini-relationships that lead nowhere
are not the finish line aka "The Prize"...if that's all you've achieved then
you're really just chasing an empty whirlwind.

For that reason, having a good family life is almost essential to being a successful man...
especially since it's practically the only thing that will survive after you leave.

At some point, you have to "pivot" your game and begin to invest in the future...
especially if you want to win the race.

Suicide girls are a special kind of crazy. I think there might be a hell loaded with them. The sex is great but so is keeping your sanity and life.

He was in the industry for a bit as an owner of a production company. Other than that, he seems to be a general "entrepreneur" with his hands in a bunch of other things, primarily restaurants and this health/fitness company celebrities supposedly like.

As WIA noted, she's a pornstar born in '93. Won a bunch of awards and has a pretty large cult following. She says she's Italian, German, Polish, and Jewish.

Yep. I'll give him credit for the age gap (16 years) but the baggage on this one is pretty nuts. She was also still shooting hardcore scenes not long after they married (she eventually stopped, but that she'd keep going for a while even while with him isn't the greatest sign).

As for her, I'd say she played this well. She found a willing and able beta provider and cashed out of the hardcore biz once she locked him down with a ring and a baby. Now she can enjoy his resources and security for herself and her baby while still drawing plenty of income from resources stemming from the cult following she built after 3-4 years in the industry (cam shows, appearance fees, feature dancing fees, the occasional lesbian/girl-on-girl flick, etc). Crossfit and athletic girls are an ideal group to go after.

Think about it: They already have a dedicated work ethic, they're serious about health and wellness and they're readily accessible/easy to find...
plus they love to stay fit and active which means they're usually not club girls...

The good ones also tend to get married pretty fast because
they like to stay in shape all the time...they're awesome...

In fact, I had planned to start a website just for athletic girls (before I got involved with one:-)
it's a great investment of your time and energy.

Right... I'm not talking about the hardcore female bodybuilders...think more like Victoria Secret
the girls who workout consistently but don't bulk up...they train to look good in swimsuits and lingerie.

I'm not attracted to hardbody women, I find the soft body girls far more feminine and appealing. When I think of crossfit I think of this, and I don't care for it:

I agree with Apollo. Perfect example, I was going to workout at Yorkdale mall, I saw a cluster of unusually attractive lizards. Usually hotties don't move in such clusters, they have a few throwbacks in the pack. This group was mixed from Indian, Chinese, white, black and they were all stunners. Great bodies and face. Someone then told me that they were the cheerleaders for the Toronto Argonauts.
My point is, that's what a lizard who works out would look like. Not those ripped dragons in the pics posted.

The crossfit community is huge...you'll find a variety of different muscle tones...
It takes a lot for a girl to bulk up...even squatting normally is recommended for women
who just want to maintain a soft feminine physique.

Crossfit is a special breed. The mental component of that training is similar to dating vegans.

When dealing with girls that do not take part in the mainstream, you have to take into account some of the mental realities.

It would be useful to come up the typical mental profile of a lizard and then compare and contrast.

WIA, you do have a point. I was poking a vegan once and she was insistent on cooking for me. I told her that if she wasn't going to cook meat then don't bother. She insisted on going forth and when she finished, I ate and she asked me how it was. I stated that it wasn't large enough (we eat big plates in Naija!) and she complained that she was grossed out preparing the meat. I soon abandoned the wench.

Archie - to your good point, there seems to be a masculine nature to those crossfit gals. Another characteristic I see, is former nerds/geeks taking up the sport with a point to prove.

I hear at some of the local crossfit gyms, there are a few gals that are the top performers. I don't know what man would let his ego take a hit like that, if it weren't for my sore joints I would try the free trial to humble those bitches.

The wear and tear of doing all those compound exercises will take it's toll on them eventually, the body wasn't designed to be treated like that.

I guess terminology here is important...since crossfit is more of a competitive sport than
simply staying in shape or doing casual fitness. Dating a professional or amateur athlete
definitely has it's own challenges.

You really have to find that sweet spot...girls who make time to stay fit but not so much that
they could easily pick you up and throw you around like a raggedy ann doll...or make your abs
look like the Pillsbury dough-boy by comparison...
