I wonder if he was subconsciously talking about his wife there. I imagine that the old bag-o-bones was a nagging cunt always screaming at him to do his manly duties and fix this house. Dude finally said, Fuck this shit, and razed that motherfucker. No more house, no more nagging bitch, problem solved.

It's because of gas, water & electric lines all have to be disconnected first. Could result in a lot of water or fire damage to neighbor's property and anyone ever having to deal with insurance knows good luck with getting insurance to pay for anything! I wouldn't want my neighbor tearing down his home without knowing all the stuff was disconnected first.

what's a guy to do? they charge you for littering. they apparently charge you for cleaning up after yourself too.

Well, he was only knocking down his half. Not his fault that without his half to support it, the rest of the house collapsed into a heap. All of a sudden the house is hers when in most divorce proceedings it's the man's and transferred to the wife?

Sure, but it's common place for women to steal whole houses from the men that paid for them.

In a world like this, we see justice in an event like this.

If a woman bulldozed a house, we'd be pissed because women routinely participate in divorce-rape and this would just be fuel on the fire.
