Would I take on the task? I'd be tempted, but not optimistic in either my teaching talents or his ability to think differently.

I think at that age, and if you're not a musician, writer, comedian, sportsman etc. custom suits are nearly obligatory.
He would need to cut weight for however long beforehand to get the best effect.
The suits would have to send the message: relaxed and sophisticated. I doubt he would have the energy to pull off a flashy suit.
So, two-piece, two-button, high notches on medium-wide lapels. Peak lapels are a little too trendy: we want this guy to look like he's been at the top of the hill for quite a while. High notches indicate a newish suit, medium-wide lapels hint at old school tastes. (They're also the next big thing. It's not physically possible to make lapels any narrower than they have been up till now.)
Charcoal is probably a safe basis for colour. Maybe a charcoal windowpane or chalkstripe suit as well for some subtle flash.

Good dress shoes, maybe made-to-measure. A chunkier heel than usual would be a small help but not a game-changer.

I think it would improve his inner game if he became self-employed, especially if he had an office and a PA or secretary. Some people believe they have to draw confidence from material things to justify having it at all.

Frugality is sexless. If he's like certain other Indian fellows I've known, I think the biggest concern is getting this guy to learn how to relax about money without immediately going to the opposite extreme: attention-seeking wastefulness. When we know you're doing it for a reason, it all seems just as unpleasant and tense as penny-pinching does.

As a benefactor of social circles when younger, I can honestly say these younger gals are going to gravitate towards the alphas in closest proximity due to more consistent exposure to them. Least that's the case in my area...younger gals getting attention, free drinks, and approaches from older guys though still fucking the younger guys closest to them.

The good news is once gals hit that 26 year old age range, they branch out a bit and look to outside sources a little more. This is from my experience.

It's still very possible to get gals in that age range as an older guy. It just takes good fitness, well-groomed look, stronger social skills, social circle investment, and playing the right cards to consistently get access to that demographic.

This is an interesting question. Definitely hard but far from impossible if he has the right attitude. Here are my recommendations:

1. Diet - No more Indian food. Replace it with a lot of meat, fish, eggs and juicing. A lot of dietary problems are caused by Indian food, which is very unhealthy. You will have to undo 45 years of poor eating habits.

2. Physique - Get him on a workout plan. Lots of weights and lots of cardio. There needs to be a balance. Try your best to get him steroids. He has had 45 years of a lifestyle which minimizes testosterone. You'll have to undo that. Just be careful so as to not render him infertile.

3. Style - New wardrobe. Get him to a good store. Considering his age, get him to an Armani or another high-end brand. Get his head shaved bald. Older Indian guys carry that off like fire.

4. Accent - Look at accent minimization. This means make him listen to English music and make American friends. If he wants snow bunnies, he better make white friends. This shouldn't be hard, since he can always make connections through his clientele (software companies have solid connections)

4. Logistics - get him a better apartment in a better location. Spruce that shit up, have only cool Indian stuff, not plastic idols. Minimize the Indianness while maintaining an Indian heritage. Girls eat that up.

5. Game - This will be tough but possible. You'll have to convince him that race isn't an issue but his style (or lack thereof), physique and personal habits are. Get him approaching girls multiple times a week. After a couple weeks, make him read Bang/ Day Bang. Make him hang around higher-end avenues. He'll find 26 yo snow bunnies who're into international guys with style and grace. Make him seem international rather than Indian. This is undoubtedly the hardest part but it's not impossible.

Most importantly: Look at Fareed Zakaria and Neel Kashkari as role models. Both are Indian but would either have trouble getting laid solely because of their Indianness?

If he is dedicated to losing the weight then there is hope, reason why I say that is because I am working with a guy now.

His body has improved somewhat and so has his workouts, but his diet is crap which I cannot control.

It would be a nice task, at least help him improve himself physically. The problem is mentally, which I think is the problem with most of us.

This. I've been trying to work on this. I was born in the West and already speak a few non Indian languages fluently but there are still girls (I'm in East Asia so ppl are more race focused here) who focus on the Indian thing, and I have much more difficulty with them then girls who don't pay any attention to my ethnicity. Next them? Or is there an easy way to get them associating me with International/American rather than Indian? I already have the style/fitness/social skills part handled so don't mention that.

When we use Indian as the worse denominator, is it due to the culture of Indians or is it the look? Do white lizards loathe the Indian look? Because I've seen Indians from the Caribbean who look EXACTLY that these memes posted but because of their West Indian upbringing, their swag is entirely different.

If I had a pudgy old Indian guy looking for help, I would look for some of my Indo-Trini or Indo-Guyanese spars who still got their pimp juice in them and let this Indian guy watch one of his own do the damn thing.

Hot Aboriginals don't exist, and to be honest I literally can't remember the last time I met an Aboriginal who wasn't a homeless person asking for change.
