Right now I am happy with my sex life. Sure there is always room for improvement, but I don't know how to quantify that. I barely know if the last girl I banged was an 8, or was she a 9? Maybe some guys would say she's a 7.

Don't get me wrong - my sex drive is incredibly high, and my dick can barely keep up with me most of the time.

But how do I set goals around that? I'm going to actively pursue sleeping with new and good looking girls in the coming year, but beyond that I'm conflicted with setting a specific direction for myself.

I have a list of goals in a 'stack', and a list of goals for this coming year.
As said before, the goals must be specific.

With sex goals, you are correct that the popular 1-10 scale is too difficult to apply objectively.

Hence, I just set goals for specific attributes I want to cover. This will include nationalities or races I want to cover, or specific body or face attributes etc. It is much harder to bullshit around a girl having a big bum or blue eyes or being Korean or being 5'10.

I also include relationship goals and number goals if I am going for that, and also sex achievements/experiences that I haven't attained but want to.

I've got a lot of things I would like to focus on outside of game. I want to get ripped instead of just being huge(195 down to 178-180ish) and I want to work on my writing and making money.

I've got a new LTR and she is a pretty fly girl. I think the best play for me is to ride out the final semester of my senior year of uni just playing taken guy game. I'm not worried about getting rusty. This girl keeps me sharp, and allows me to focus on other pursuits.

One of my more concrete goals is to keep seeking out higher quality women to surround myself with. Having an abundance of mediocre 7s doesn't do it for me. I want an abundance of quality girls who really get my dick hard(8s with frontal lobe capacity). Consider it an insurance policy in case my LTR goes south. Going into 2014 I didn't have anything built up. Right now I have some fly girls in my life that I am going to continue to add to. Essentially, I'm going to experiment with having some hot female friends for once.

Aside from that I want to keep working on my inner game. I've come a long way in the past year in terms of not being a raging asshole, but I've still got work to do.

Here are my goals for 2015:
-At least 20 notches. 2013 was my zero year of game. 2014 was when I put in the foundational work in the trenches, still learning the ropes. I still have a lot to learn, but, to use an analogy, I feel like I've finished the shit-eating phase of basic training. I'm ready to step it up to the next level and truly start getting the notch count of a player. I don't consider 20 especially high in comparison to where I want to get to, but I believe that at least 20 or so a year is what separates the average from the players.
-Keep night gaming, albeit on my limited budget, and keep improving my game.
-Get into day gaming. I've neglected this. Straight up, it takes balls to approach during the day and even though my approach anxiety is conquered at night, during the day I feel like I'm in handcuffs. I've done day game in limited instances in the past, but this year it's time to step it up and quit being a pussy.
-Build and manage a harem, have girls on the go, and never have to suffer through dry streaks.
-Have a MFF threesome. This will be tough, but if I can manage a harem and pitch the idea to girls over the course of the entire year I might be able to pull it off.

3 new "flags": I have loose plans to visit 5 countries in 2015, might even do more.

100 daytime approaches: I'm not sure if I'll start this in Korea, I might have to wait until the next country.

General Lifestyle Goals

Monthly budget: I've done well in the past without one, but I'd like to set one and stick to it.

Start a martial art: Set to start Judo on 1/12. I'm going to commit to 3-months no matter what.

Stick with gym routine: I'm only a month in but I'm already feeling stronger. I want to stick with it through 2015.

RealityCheck - MFF is way easier than you think; way more girls are down for it then they let on. It's usually just gaming 2 of them at the same time and moving along if they are getting along. The usual routine i.e. invite them out for a drink, back to your place to hang out, and start getting snuggly, if one of them blows out it's just like if it's 1 of them and lots of times both will stick around to "compete" for you and because it's "hot". Don't overthink it just make invitations and keep things moving along. Don't "pitch" the girls on the idea just get the rodeo going.

My Game Goals (in order of priority):
- Approach 10-50 college girls at least 10 weeks of the spring, and 10 weeks of the fall. Focus on 19-20yo, 100% daygame, on and around college campuses (aka Giovanni style). This should net roughly 500 approaches, and 4-15 bangs depending on my ratio

- Meditate 5-10 minutes every day for self acceptance, self love, being in the present (watching the breath)

My goal is to post in this thread soon once I figure out what my game goals should be. That'll honestly be a huge step for me and will get me over the first fear which is accountability. I've realized lately that holding myself accountable and setting achievable goals can do wonders at work.

It has been tough lately at a philosophical, inner game, and also lifestyle level. So, I've been sort of ignoring game and related goals. But coming to this thread today and reading all of the above is motivating.

I have written this up in a word document for myself and a good friend of mine today and I figured it would be perfect to add to this thread.

2015 Game Plan

General
- Read at least 30 minutes every day
- On weekdays, be in bed by a reasonable hour and get an early start to the day
- Never let school slip behind. Stay on top and spend at least one hour a day on studying.

Gym
- Be more consistent with working out. Get into a rhythm and stay in it.
- 100% focus at the gym, no joking around, laughing, talking shit, etc. Plenty of time for that in the steam room, only focus on the workout.
- Always ensure macros are met for the day. At least 100g protein, 250g carbs, 3000 calories
- Legs twice a week

Game
- See an attractive girl? Approach her, no excuses
- Only approach high caliber women (7+), leave the trolls for the betas
- Be outcome independent, don’t worry too much about notch count, and have fun in the moment
- That being said, still aim for 50 notches by the end of the year, but don’t make this a strict quota that must be pursued
- Take absolutely no disrespect from a broad
- Tired? Nervous? None of your friends want to go out tonight? Still go out anyway. Roll solo if needed. 90% of success is just showing up.

I'll bite, to make myself accountable. Always write the goals for the year ahead the night of new years eve to have a whole year to look forward to.

Mind Goals:
-Read 10 books
-Learn a difficult Metallica song on guitar in it's entirety
-Study a language 3+hours a week
-Graduate in December from University
-Begin Real Estate license

Body Goals:
-190 lbs at sub 10% bf
-300 lbs bench press
-135 lbs squat (returning from breaking my back, this would be a huge step in my recovery process).

Business goals:
-Make $100k through combined alleys of sales, new business, and online store that I am working on.
-$2-5k profit in the stock market (would be about a 25% performance in my portfolio.)
-Purchase one investment property

Finally, Game Goals:
-Approach one new girl every single day, even if it is literally asking for the time.
-5 quality notches (8+/10) from day game
-10-15 notches on the year.
