I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread about our encounters with professional victims, but maybe we all don't have as much experience with that shit. So here's my story.

(12-09-2014 01:14 AM)runsonmagic Wrote:  It's the curse of innocence. I air on the side of assuming honesty and benefit of the doubt. ...

I initially believed the story because I'd heard stories from friends about rape...

...now that the UVA story is false, I'm starting to question if my friends stories aren't true.

The litmus test is gonna be if they're mad about the hoax, or if they think the facts don't matter.

I suspect a lot of those stories are gonna turn out to be false.

I'm willing to bet on it.

My first girlfriend in high school, starting at 15, was a professional victim. She seemed to have endless stories of guys hitting on her incessantly, groping her against her will, etc. Looking back, many people saw through her act at my school. Everyone except me. What can I say, the crazy pussy blinded me. It's one of the more embarrassing times of my life.

At one point, it came to light that she had kissed some other dude in his car. As I confronted her about it, she predictably went into a supposed hypoglycemic event where she was weak and couldn't talk about it. All she made clear was that 'she didn't want it.' So I decide to approach the offending dude in all my white knight glory, and the poor sap couldn't respond to the affirmative that 'she did want it.' All he said was 'I don't know.'

This was only a prelude to the grand finale during my senior year in high school - she developed a relationship with a 6/10 bull dyke while she went out with my dumb-ass. She skillfully eluded my multiple confrontations. She was a world-class practitioner of the sweet science of victimhood, so I stayed with the crazy pussy.

In retrospect, the bull-dyke was compliant and provided a lot of incriminating evidence including chat logs, emails, and even scanned love notes, the coup de grace of her crazy. When I finally did have evidence damn near legal burden of proof, I decided to confront Crazy in a surprise ambush. But not without filming our wild sex for posterity a few weeks prior.

I set up a date at a fucking Chilis. I got her to sit across from me in a booth, facing away from the door. As we sat down and were about to order, bull-dyke, in a maneuver coordinated with myself, came in and sat down next to her. As I faced the both of them, I pulled out the printed love note scans, chat logs, and emails from my jacket pocket. The mood immediately turned somber. Crazy put her face down. The gig was up.

My first words were, "You have to choose now. Me or bull-dyke."

She responds, in tears, afraid of looking at bull-dyke... "I already made that choice. I choose you, Kamikaze."

I laugh cold-heartedly. I have never unleashed a laugh more evil. I responded, verbatim, "You should have chosen her. You're fucking nuts. There will never be anything between us again."

I stood up and left.

________

We talked a few times after the ambush. One night, as she was trying to get back into my good graces, she confesses something that would be utterly disturbing to a dude who hadn't been force-fed the red pill. She 'confides' that her father had molested her, and she implied that he even raped her. When I pried for details, she gave the traditional wishy washy machinations of the professional victim; 'he used to say it was a game, that it was going to be fun, etc.'

I essentially responded with the equivalent of 'cool story bro,' and never spoke to her again.

________

The reason I bring this up is because this UVA rape hoax has become a perfect case-study for professional victimhood, and the perverted effects feminism has had on society. As DoBA, in a quote of George Will, points out:

(12-09-2014 05:11 AM)Days of Broken Arrows Wrote:  We need to give old school newspaper columnist George Will props at this point.

Back in May, he got serious hate from far and wide when he wrote in the Washington Post that the atmosphere in colleges now "make(s) victimhood a coveted status that confers privileges." He said when you do that "victims proliferate."

Seems like he was 100 percent right.

He is. The toxic combination of feminism and the shoddy journalism of today's internet gives professional victims a platform they've never had. There has never been such fertile breeding ground for females 'suffering' from no more than Munchausen syndrome to be elevated to the national consciousness as Jackie-whoever-the-fuck has done.

The Manosphere should play an important role in situations like this, where a clearly deranged woman is rightfully taken to the cleaners. Bitches that claim fact-checking these nutbags leads to less "real victims" coming forward are unaware that rape-victim status is a right of passage to celebrity in this fucked up country. When Jackie can get her insane and utterly false story on Rolling Stone, it says as much about Rolling Stone as current society... this is what we value. Victims will continue to proliferate, and poor saps will continue to believe the myth of female virtue. Good times all around.

But back to the important point. In our own personal dealings with these professional victims, it doesn't matter whether or not what she says is real. Daddy molested you? I'm sorry. If the story is real, you're broken, even if it's not your fault. If the story is not, you're still broken, and more dangerous than the real victim.

Maybe you can bang her a few times and keep the ball rolling with the rest of the bitches in your harem, but wonderful mothers and doting wives these bitches will not make. I wonder what the world will be like for my future son.

God bless boring and prudent girls.

I'm surprised it wasn't Chet and Biff and Prescott Von Farthington III. Her writing is basically a leftist's crude caricature of the 1950s placed in the modern day.

Imagine how many fake stories/allegations aren't this poorly written and don't get this pushback. The fact that there were even some here taken in by this feminist cartoon doesn't give me much optimism about a large % of the public not getting taken in by your average slanted news story.

UVA law student calls for law enforcement to treat "rogue" fraternities as street gangs and seize all their property through civil asset forfeiture.

This crypto-communist feminist fuckface is dangerous.

The author is listed as Colin Downs, whom I'm assuming is a male.

My theory is that he suffers from unrequited love for a woman named Emily, who has been the main squeeze of a man named Luther. Luther constantly wears the same sleeveless, leather button-down vest, and is definitely a bit crazy. But Emily admires the way Luther leads his underlings, all of whom wear identical vests.

Whenever Luther wants sex, he picks up three empty beer bottles by placing his right thumb, his right index finger, and his right pinky finger in the neck holes. Then he repeatedly clinks the bottles together, while shouting, "Emily, come out to play!" Emily thinks this is totally hot.

Colin, the poor soul, has heard that line too much, and thinks, "If only we could those 'Rogue fraternities' in jail, then Emily will want to be with me instead!" Sorry, Colin. Emily totally loves Luther, and will only just visit her in jail if you get your way.

I know this guy is a completely moron. But nevertheless, perhaps my knee-jerk reaction as a Greek:

Surprise surprise, silly SJW mangina can't even bother to do proper research.

1. Supplying alcohol is not a predicate crime (as far as I know):
http://www.djj.virginia.gov/AdminPages/GMU.aspx

Quote:Under current law, predicate crimes include: §§ 18.2-42 (Assault or battery by mob), 18.2-56.1 (Reckless handling of firearms), 18.2-59 (Extorting money, etc., by threats), 18.2-248 (Manufacturing, selling, distributing, or possessing with intent to distribute a controlled substance or an imitation controlled substance), 18.2-286.1 (Shooting from vehicles so as to endanger persons), 18.2-287.4 (Carrying loaded firearms in public areas prohibited), 18.2-308.1 (Possession of firearm, stun weapon, or other weapon onschool property), 18.2-83 (Bomb threats), 18.2-356 (Procuring person for purposes of prostitution), and 18.2-282.1 (Brandishing a machete).

2.
Quote:Such a group must have as “one of its primary objectives or activities the commission of one or more criminal activities.”

Yeah...too bad fraternities and sororities raise millions of dollars in charities every year. Have fun proving in court that Greek organizations main activities are criminal in nature.

3. THIS --- did this guy even stop for one second and wonder whether fraternities even own their houses? Guess what:
national organization --> 501©7 entity, under which all university chapters fall
foundation --> 501©3 entity
housing corporations -->separate 501©7 entity

In other words, the house isn't owned by the university chapter of the fraternity, but a different organization altogether (who rent the house to the fraternity chapter). Effectively, what this guy argued is taking the property of a landlord because the renters engaged in criminal activity.

Sigh, though I really shouldn't be surprised people like this didn't do their fact checking. Wouldn't expect anything else from them.

As a lawyer, I know something about what he's talking about. What he wants is to use a somewhat vague law written to fight the Mafia and large scale organized crime to suppress styles of living which offend him.

There are a lot of things which could be shut down and seized under RICO, it's a pretty broad law. Prosecutors have used it mostly judiciously, because if people knew how far they could go with it and how easy it is to abuse, the law would be amended. Even so, there are plenty of people who say things like this:

Quote:Former federal prosecutor Gerard E. Lynch, now a Columbia University law professor who has written extensively about RICO, calls the statute "incredibly vague and amorphous." He says it should be repealed. "The statute is so vague and open-ended that nothing properly distinguishes RICO from any other sort of cases," Lynch says. "It's just a question of who (prosecutors) don't like."

Criminal prosecution of ideological enemies is the inevitable next step of the SJW mindset. It was never about just raising awareness.

If, in 10 - 15 years the legal field is completely infiltrated by SJW true believers who want to become prosecutors, we will face a far greater threat than any hit piece put out by moronic clickbait-seeking shills.

This is classic totalitarianism. Crush your ideological enemies with the overwhelming power of the state. Even if you can't get a conviction you can bankrupt them and tarnish their names forever, resulting in a sort of Soviet-esque internal exile.

I'm not saying every athlete or greek is a rapist. I'm saying rapists use the teams and frats to set up the situation to rape and protect them after.

There is a civil version of RICO, private parties can sue. There has to be some kind of underlying crime you can identify, though. Courts would be quick to dismiss a weak civil RICO case.

There is a kernel of one in Gamergate, because of the collusion in game reviews. I don't know if anyone was getting paid or other benefits for writing good or bad reviews.

You'd have to have real fraud, criminally liable threats, other crimes like obstruction of justice, or provable conspiracy to commit crimes as provable facts.

Feminists, when backed into the corner, always rely on argumentum ab auctoritate to defend their points. Basically, the hamster says "I'm an authority on getting raped and assaulted, so I get to say who does it and why it happens." smh, anything to be a victim.

I'd bet a month's salary she didn't actually DO shit about this "rape network". You know, if it actually existed. If she did, she damn sure wouldn't be some anonymous commenter on a blog.

I don't even think it's that deep. She wants to believe it. It's like most SJWs, they want to believe that there is an organized conspiracy against them, so that they can organize themselves and conspire against their made up enemies.

Simple litmus test: How many times in your life has a woman asked you what sign you are?

How many times has a man done so?

They believe that the positions of the planets in their orbits affects your personality, and you are asking them to be skeptical of a rape conspiracy?

Next up in the editorial hierarchy at RS is a physically grotesque guy named Sean Woods. His twitter feed is a predictable string of left wing articles and opinions. He issues a general apology and falls over himself to say that Jackie wasn't at fault but has no specific apology for the people and institutions that were slandered. And like Rubin Erdley he retained his original tweets applauding the article and slandering UVA. https://twitter.com/seanwoods12

I haven't read RS but based on the articles he posts links for, it appears to be a very far left opinion rag (I'd assumed it was an entertainment magazine). So I guess the failure was not so much on the part of RS, which was printing the usual propaganda, but the general public for treating it like a legit publication.
