That's actually a good idea since most games tend to have massive backlogs.

Regarding your own stack, I'm also really selective about the games I play. Sitting through intros, going through tutorials, etc. is usually more than I can bother with.

But Mass Effect 2 is probably top 5 games I've ever played. Everything about it is amazing.

Sleeping Dogs is also a very good game that I'd recommend.

The rest, other than maybe Borderlands, I wouldn't even bother with.

Check out Hotline Miami (not listed) too. Simple graphics, minimal story, and simply mechanics, but the gameplay is very deep and fun.

EDIT: Forgot GTA V. I've always been a big GTA fan, all the way back to 2, but I actually got bored with 5 pretty quickly. Outside of 'wow' factor, I enjoyed Sleeping Dogs a lot more.

RE: ORC is made by the same company that made the worst game of the SOCOM: US Navy SEALS series and their idea of "difficulty" is to allow monsters made of flesh and bone to soak up hundreds of rounds of assault rifle fire, when that would've devastated them in the other RE games.

Rage can't decide what it wants to be, Borderlands, Fallout, or some hybrid and it fails.

Darkness II is based on the comic book series The Darkness. I think more people know the game than the comic series, though. Just like Goldeneye the game was way better than Goldeneye the movie. The first game was pretty popular and fun, the second is kinda neat but I got tired of shooting the same old enemies again and again.

GTA:V is awesome, of course, but it's really pushing the limits of what the 360 can do. It's really good but I'm going to play it again on PC.

adding to your critiques,

Shadows of the Damned is pretty good, it did not sell to well but I thought it was a great blend of Shinji Mikami's /Suda 51 style.

Dead Space 2 is great not as scary as the first game but still, great reminded me a lot of Resident Evil 4. Multiplayer was stupid though

Splatterhouse is a pretty fun beat em up game.

My Game back log is pretty bad on steam also, I will probably never even touch most of those games. Gaming really has become a passive hobby for me don't play nearly as much as I used to.

I think i've played one video game in my life, for 15 minutes. Not my thing, but the graphics and sound were very impressive. I would like an educational game though, like you have a textbook, and the only way to get through the game would be to know the textbook and then apply it to scenarios. Be cool to do it for social skills products.

I'd suggest shifting Borderlands, AKA 'Obnoxious Pop Culture Reference: The Game', down to the bottom of the pile.

Also, congrats on making it 4 dungeons into Dragon Age II before quitting, that's further than me.

I assume you want to get through those before buying anything else, but I'd suggest picking up Dark Souls sometime.
Fantastic gameplay, few distracting cutscenes, minimal story, no "strong female characters©", and no exploring your bisexuality with ridiculous romances. Solid game, overall.

Unlike the ham-fisted moralizing of so many new games, FFT weaves a story about the allure and abuse of absolute power with strong homages to Christian imagery, specifically the Biblical character of Judas.

It is turn-based, so it relies much more on strategy than in-the-moment decision-making and dexterity.

While I'm not sure you would enjoy the game-play (I love it) I am certain you would appreciate the characters, dialogue and story arc.

You ever played Tactics Ogre, 2Wyked? I recently started playing it on a PS1 emulator on my tablet. Very similar to FFT but came out about a year before and is made by Atlus.

Looks like I should dive into it, because I did remember hearing good things about it, and with forum members vouching for it...sounds like worth trying it out

It's been a while since I played FFT also, but it was always one of my all-time favorites.

I'm not too far into Tactics Ogre, so I can't necessarily say I "recommend" just yet but it's extremely similar to FFT and I just happened to have started it the other day.

I would however strongly recommend Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor for a more modern take on the genre. The overall mechanics are similar but it has a lot of big differences.

The art style is anime but the story is very dark overall. If you've never played SMT games, it all revolves around demons, angels, and a lot of occult kind of material. It's very Japanese, so none of the SJW crap (that I can recall, been a year or two since I've played it), but there is a main character chick who is pretty annoying.

The game is played within the period of a week, and each hour you have choices about where you go. Choosing to go to one place over the other will cause characters to die and the story to change. It's for DS but I just played it on a emulator.

I had been thinking of doing this also over the past few weeks. I saw another commenter say the same thing. I personally got out of the habit of playing games several years ago due to time limitations and being short on money. I might create my own site though here in the future. I would suggest anyone one else who is interested to do the same. A few anti-SJW/feminist gaming sites, if done well and they stayed on point and worked together, could create a real backlash against misandry and SJW influence in games while also bring more men into the red pill fold. Hell, even if we didn't recruit gamers into the sphere just having an impact on SJWarriors would be fun. Also, there is probably a lot of money to be made by taking away customers from the bigger SJW infiltrated companies.

Regarding what content to include in articles, or what ratings methods to use:

I would really recommend shying away from overt ideological content. Things like a "Misandry" rating or articles that become preachy about it will look almost whiny and MRA-ish.

If the site is in fact a reaction to Gamergate, then give the gamergate crowd what they really need: a place free of ideological bullshit. A place they can relax, let their hair down and just get back to talking about games, pure and simple.

The fact that Reaxxion is tied to your name as a brand, Roosh, is that people can trust that you will not allow the site to be overtaken by SJW talking points. It can be a solid piece of land jutting out into the morass of confusion and a place where people can go to get reliable content.

That said, I think opinion pieces that are just that and free to speak masculinist views without fear of reprisal would be fine.

I believe they do this in an attempt to browbeat those with opposed viewpoints into silence. They believe this is possible because they are so tremulous at the sight of any disagreement with their own paradigm that they consider it oppression in action.

Let them howl and gnash their teeth. Eventually they'll get bored when they realize no one there will care, can be shamed or that it can't be infiltrated and shut down. Mark my words: their next tactic will be to attack the webserver itself, when they realize they are out of options.

While I support #gamergate, I'm not sure if I'm ready to hitch my wagon to them completely. They seem hyper sensitive to their enemies giving false labels like "misogynist" or "sexist". They really care what SJW's think of them and want to come across as noble. There's nothing wrong with that, but it's how their movement can be destroyed.
