Actually, it would have been A LOT MORE than 200,000 if the chick didn't kill herself. Because she did off herself, the victim (the man falsely accused of rape) actually got off cheap.

What's so scary is that this is an every day item. This is not a one-off incident, but girls every single day are falsely claiming rape DESTROYING many men's lives.

And the victim here too, his life is still destroyed. Because the false rape accusser committed suicide isn't erasing the conviction from his record nor is it alleviating the public perception's of his "guilt."

This is a very pernicious system and it's not changing. It's exacerbated by the fact that DAs and prosecutors play an easy numbers game and false rape is just an easy win for them in both their win-ratio and the public's eyes that

Honestly, the only solution is for every politician's sons to be simultaneously charged with false rape. That's the only way change will ever come because we've crossed the tipping point and are on the downward slope now and it's only when shit hits the fan right at home for these fucking politicians do they ever do what's right.

Buddy of mine went through a similar ordeal.
He spent 6k on legal fees.
He was lucky on two counts: cop that escorted him back to the shared apt caught her doing something with his computer.
And his lawyer was able to get her to admit the false accusation during a deposition on tape.

Again, why is someone with bi-polar disorder not scrutinized to the fullest when making the claim in the first place? I'm sure when the cops and courts were white knighting for her, that little sad fact was tucked away.

Then of course, only AFTER she kills herself from the stress her lies brought upon her, does it come out that she has BPD. So how does he get is 200k back? He doesn't, he still loses but she voluntarily lost slightly worse. Sad no matter how you view it.

I'm not one to say it's a tragedy when someone dies. In fact, I'm thrilled that this happened. Some people are scum who deserve to die. And to the father, that's what you get for being a terrible piece of shit father to raise as evil a daughter as that.
