Poland still has the best average return on investment in my opinion. It may not be what it used to as Roosh alludes to, but for younger men with either limited financial means or working on their mid-tier game it is great, and the quality of life is not drastically inferior to anything in Western Europe for a very reasonable price.

More adventurous and experienced sorts should go to Serbia or Ukraine. Then there's the whole Cyrillic thing...

I'm just looking for an inexpensive flat to rent while I grow an online business and run some day game throughout the year.

I look at it like this: I can pay $450 USD per month for one bedroom in a shared house in the USA near a major southern city (Dallas, Houston, New Orleans etc). But that also requires paying for utilities, car insurance, gas & cell phone service. You get kind of "locked down" paying for a bunch of shit when you live in the States.

Or, I can live in Poland for roughly $450 rent per month + food & utilities, and have my own apartment. I'd eliminate the car insurance/gas payments.

It just seems like the all around economical choice to make (and the women are a huge bonus)!

On to the question: Wroclaw and Krakow both see a huge tourist/foreigner turn-over, which doesn't play to our strengths. I'm not really dogging on either of them, I'm just giving something that might be overlooked... it isn't quite Prague or the Baltics but you're not a shiny interesting foreigner like you would have been years ago unless you do something to set yourself apart (ex: make it clear you're living there, not just passing through, befriend locals, etc). And honestly, both are fine cities and it all comes down to personal preference so try to compile a list of traits in each from fellow RVF posters and make an informed bet.

For what it's worth, most Poles I speak to prefer Wroclaw (not that Krakow gets any shit, but most of the "ooooh I LOVE it there..." is reserved for Wroclaw). But I'm just a dude on the Internet who spoke to half a dozen locals.

I lived in Wroclaw last year and I also visited Kraków for a few days, it was definitely more touristy. I think for long-medium stays 2nd tier cities are much better, other members seem to agree on this.

I agree that we are quite Westernized these days, but our girls have always been a bit chubby but there are many slim pretty ones too.

The more Westernized a country is the more slutty the women should be right?

Maybe concentrate on the positives

I can't say that Poland is perfect - nothing is. There's no Vag Valhalla, no Poosy Paradise for any of us. Poland still has a few years left as an excellent proving grounds. It ranks above average on every item I needed with no massive deficiencies.

I can understand it can get a bit old for people who've been here a long time or have witnessed the Polish Golden Age, such as Roosh himself, but there just aren't that many places to go to find cute, open and feminine European girls. The Baltics are gone, parts of central Europe are gone, but Poland is still holding strong. For now.

I'm on the cusp of taking an extended trip to Poland - maybe to Wroclaw - in order to escape from the dire straights of the UK dating market. How would you assess the situation for older guys there? Would you say that there are still plenty of women available in the 30-40 age range? I have heard that in the major cities there is a surplus of women in the marriageable age up to 45 - would you say this is true? In the UK, the obesity epidemic already takes around 30% of the available women out of consideration, meaning the competition even for the remaining slim plain janes is intense, especially for older guys like myself.

Part of what's holding me back, though, is the fear that Polish women might turn out to be not much different from "women" in the UK, although I don't think that is a very rational stance to take - more a kind of neurotic fear stopping me from pulling the trigger and getting the hell out.

Any advice on these points would be much appreciated.

^^ I can't answer that specifically because when I was there I was not looking for that age range. But since you are in the UK it is fairly close for you. Why don't you get on badoo and some other dating/social media sites and then do a mini scouting trip before doing an extended one. I think there is great info shared on the site but no one can give perfect answers to anyone's particular preferences . Sometimes you have to risk a bit. Good luck!

I would not go to Wroclaw for women in the 30-40 range. It's a college town. I'd go to a big city, such as Prague. Poland and the Czech republic are still fine places for women. You can expect your results to be 3-4x higher than in the USA/UK.

To be honest, you have everything needed on this forum. Little game is required in Poland, and what's more important is to know the local habits. How many times I made mistakes with girls that should've disqualified me in the first place with a girl from my hometown in Paris, for example. Here, even if you make mistakes they will tell you what to do. If a girl is interested of course.

To improve quality of success you need to fine tune your overall strategy not pickup skills per se. I mean things nightgame gameplan or daygame vibe etc. It all comes down to having end goal in mind at all times and acting in a way that moves you toward that goal.

I live in Krakow. But as I said before, competition among foreigners is tuff for the prettiest girls. If you come as a tourist for a week, you will have no advantage in comparison of others tourists. Thanks for your reply, but I've been left confused and a tad disheartened by reading your commentary. Are you Polish, incidentally? The reason I ask is because maybe you are not comparing ease of pulling in Poland with, say the UK or Germany, where things are much tougher for the average guy. Were you talking about pulling girls in clubs or more generally, such as on the street? Does what you say on apply to young girls, such as 20 year-olds or also for older women, too?
