The entire phenomena of teachers banging students can be blamed on one thing: our society likes to pretend that human nature isn't real, because it forces us to confront inconvenient and taboo realities.

I had to attend a high school girls volleyball game last year. Parents on both teams seemingly thought the uniforms- which left these teen girls asses exposed, and in some cases gave them large camel toes- were somehow appropriate. As an adult heterosexual man, I can tell you there were definitely not, and I wouldn't want my teen daughter wearing something like that in public.

We should say the following: teachers and students have no need to be alone together, nor do they need to communicate electronically outside of a school email system. Doing either should be a punishable offense, including firing. No temptation, no false accusations, problem solved.

It's completely absurd that tax payers would end up footing the bill for the behavior of a rogue teacher. It makes no sense- the school cannot possibly monitor all employees and students 24/7, and the most sensible deterrents (prison time and infamy for anyone who diddles the kids) are already in place.

If the school should do anything, it is install security camers in every classroom. There is no expectation of privacy in the classroom anyways, it is relatively inexpensive, and makes sense these days given possible threats of school shootings and pervy teachers.

Should the teacher be sued? Yes, and her wages should be garnished for the first decade she it out of prison until shes paid her debt. Any administrator who was negligent should then be fired at a minimum, as well.

Right, but they sue the school because it has the deep pockets. The teachers don't make any money so they simply go after the school. It is the same with most lawsuits against public employees. Well, let's first start with the woman since she did the deed. I think it is reasonable to assume that she liked this attention because she was in total control of what happened and you have a boy who is worshipping this teacher which is something she isn't going to get from men her own age. So for her this is different than what she has received in her own life. In her own life, she has been married for at least 10 years and they probably have fallen into the same routine. What we don't know is how faithful she has been at other times or if even this is the first student?

Now, we look at the man's actions. I think it is fair to say that he does not have frame in the relationship and so she does not respect him. If she valued him, she would not be so open to this type of thing. But it may have always been this way as this may have been his first serious relationship. So to reduce this risk, the man needs to be:

1. Red pilled in the importance of frame and control.
2. Be older so he has the maturity and experience to appreciate 1.
3. The woman needs to really value him.

There are so many more messages in the world today that denigrate men and excuse bad or selfish behavior in women it is difficult for a man to really trust that a regular woman can be faithful. So you either have to accept that and take certain actions or seek out women that are not regular women like religious women or other types who are resistant to outside exposure.

The sad part is the guy may have even been doing all these things and never thought he had to worry about a 13 year old boy as a risk to his wife.

I live in the phoenix metro and there is some weird mix of vacation fun time for both sexes to let loose(a la Vegas) plus the other half which is families and kids. Married teacher, 25, arrested for having sex with her 17-year-old student multiple times while she was supposed to be tutoring him

'As this has been and continues to be an active police investigation there are not many details I can share. However, I can tell you that the teacher has resigned from Gwinnett County Public Schools and the school system will be forwarding information about these allegations to the Professional Standards Commission.'

'While this is not a situation we have experienced at our school previously, one time is too many. Ethics matter, and the trust our community places in its educators matters to Archer and to Gwinnett County Public Schools. This is not something we take for granted.'

She admitted to giving the student oral sex two to three times, but only after he coerced her. At first, she said he forced her to do it, but she later clarified that he manipulated her.

The student, who testified last week, said he did not coerce or manipulate her. During his testimony, he admitted to having a relationship with Nelson.

During the police interview, Nelson told detectives the student threatened to spread rumors about her if she did not consent.

She agreed to do it, but only out of fear, she said. She also admitted to sending him and another former student semi-nude photos of herself.

Nelson, who had aspirations of being an administrator, began to cry in court as she listened to the interview.

As detectives wrapped up their interview with her, she was escorted from the campus into a unmarked police car to be transported to the Fresno County Jail.

But what Nelson didn’t realize is that detectives were not done gathering information. As they talked in the car, their conversation was being secretly recorded. Nelson began to speak more casually about her fear of going to jail, being a felon and her unhappy home life.

Avila told Nelson that she deserved better.

Nelson said she probably didn’t.

“Look at me, I’m hooking up with a 14-year-old,” she said in the recording. Prosecutors have said the teen was 13 when the incidents happened.

Nelson also sounded relieved that her relationship with the student was finally exposed.

“I knew this day was coming,” she said. “I was literally praying, give me consequences or let it go.”

Nelson, who is being defended by Roger Nuttall, is expected to testify Thursday or Friday. The trial continues Wednesday in Judge Kristi Culver Kapetan’s court room.

They should, but even a female prosecutor will admit that society does not hold women accountable to the same degree as men. They always worry about juries coming back in cases like this with either not guilty or hung juries resulting in a mistrial.

There's been at least a couple of times where the minor child seduced by a female teacher has wound up paying child support to the kid she decided to have from their illicit relationship. Fucked up as can be, but this is the clown world we're living in now.
