I found his while sifting through the internet the other day and it struck me, that it could easily be used as a litmus test for determining if a girl is quality.

Usually you have to go by your gut but we're guys damn it, having a relatively objective method can't hurt.
And I know a version of this was posted and criticized before, for the spelling and the girl being successful but I do think some merit can be found

   


Or perhaps this can be used to make a chart relevant to this subject.
What little rules of thumb are out there that anyone has found useful?

I see this being a relevant lifestyle thread for self improvement and there are points I need to improve on, but most girls will only have 1 or 2 of these at best

The only way to tell a girl's quality is through your emotional response to her.

You don't know what you like until you have it in front of you. Trying to make a logical list doesn't work.

Imo, that list is not specific to women. Looks a lot like social class distinction.

Woman specific should be the focus


Young players, young dudes are very focused on looks and sexual skills.

But Guys that are long term relationship minded want the above plus fidelity, reliability, good money habits, good cleaning habits, willingness to cook.

Me? I'm concerned with her conflict resolution skills and overall even temperedness.

True. A woman specific version, if any version, would be needed.

For me, in addition to the more general ones: empathetic, good spirited, preferably detail oriented since I am not, and the transformational perspective mentioned in my OP.

I strive to have a lot of qualities on the right, as it get's you ahead.

Conflict resolution skills are perhaps the most important. Everyone will have conflict. But being able to realize that. It every fight means the relationship is at risk is essential. And then being willing and able to communicate their way to resolution is a pre requisite for me these days.

Having tools in your tool box is almost more important than your general personality in many ways.

As I get older I realize there are real skills people need in order to make things work.
