Just saw a clip on the news about people supporting Ray Rice at the game last night.

A women said, "I don't believe in abuse, but she struck him first and any woman who can hit a man can be hit back." Then the snarky old hag Andrea Mitchell says, "really!?"

the nfl is such a huge target for sjw's and progressives for several reasons. here are a few:

i) it and other pro sports are one of the sole remaining male only spaces, but frustratingly there is very little any of the hissy-fitters can do about that since there will not be women qualifying for a spot any time soon;

ii) the nfl is loved by the masses where sjw's and progressives think they are all sophisticated and above the common man and don't care for such "low brow" entertainment;

iii) the nfl is extremely successful, especially financially - millionaire players and billionaire owners are always heavy targets for this crew;

iv) it's a largely merits based culture in the nfl - are you good? do you win? - something the progressives in particular don't really believe actually exists in society.

there are probably more.

my point is that no matter what the nfl does to cater to these people they will never win their approval. it is a big mistake to even attempt to do so in the first place.

to apply game principles, they are surrendering the frame to their enemies. not sure how that could ever go well.

The above kind of sounds like the argument that she threw herself into his fist, while he was merely engaged in a form of calisthenics...

Certainly, there remains quite a bit of speculation regarding what was happening in this situation, and even with this second (additional video) to help explain what was going on, the facts remain unclear.

In essence, the two people who best know the background circumstances leading up to the elevator moment are NOT providing details. It would be nice to know blow by blow their history of fights and what was going on that particular night and was one or both of them in a hissy fit.

I have had moments where girls have completely enraged me or provoked me into a disposition that is NOT my usual state. Some girls and situations just develop into that direction, and some of this can be exacerbated by drink or exacerbated by other people involved in the scene..or even an ongoing unresolved dispute.

I cannot recall ever being provoked by a girl so much into giving a left hook to her, but certainly I have been provoked into various forms of physically restraining girls and making them apologize or making them otherwise subdue.

Upon reflection and rational thought, I tend to NOT be comfortable exercising direct physical dominance over women, but sometimes a guy can just get into those kinds of circumstances and girls kind of push the guy's buttons into a place where he's gotta set some boundaries and send her a message. This becomes more problematic when you are a public figure and also when you had NOT realized a matter was caught on video... We are all fucked into these evidentiary matters in a lot of areas of our lives with so many videos.

I won't say that report is true, but I'll at least give it credence given this information, which at a minimum corroborates some of the information presented.

Rice got offered a deal that less than one percent of the domestic violence offenders in the state receive, it's even more odd considering the fact that his case was classified as an aggravated assault.

We'll never really know all of the facts, but it's odd to me that we have legal justice system that disparately impacts minorities, except when they are a part of the celebrity class, and as a result, have an established, unique value attached to multi-billion dollar industries.

Those minorities get protection, while everybody else gets what they get.

It makes me question why those people wear their jerseys in the stands and the streets, the world that they live in, and the world their heroes live in, are two entirely different worlds. It's rather unimaginable, on all levels, social, economical, legal, etc. Perhaps that's why so many people want to be a part of it, it gives you the opportunity to max out the benefits, stacks of bread, big cribs, dope whips, bad bitches, and minimize the troubles, probation, community service, other slaps on the wrist, when you fuck up.

You really can't take a woman's word as anything.

Their beliefs, as they pertain to men, will vary depending on how attractive they find the man.

I was in the gym, and out of 7 TV monitors not a single one was showing football. There was baseball, golf, CNN, the HISTORY CHANNEL and some stupid fucking women's sport from Australia, maybe field hockey? I have no idea. This is completely unprecedented on an NFL Sunday.

Could be a coincidence, but I wouldn't be surprised if the white knights who run the place decided they would silently "boycott" the NFL until Goodell is fired or resigns.
