Usually, I just hold their arms and try to appeal to their hamster, something like "you think you're hitting me but you're actually degrading yourself", or "I like this!". That usually gets them to stop.

Some, like Tom Leykis, say that if you're woman hits you you're a fool to lay your hands on her in any way, even to hold her arms. Any bruises will be soon as YOU perpetrating DV against her, and she'll always claim you struck her first. These people advise immediately leaving - and not ever seeing that chick again! I admit their is some logic here.

Some better logic would be to never date spoiled rotten Western cancerous scags like this in the first place.

I'm sure that Aikido stuff is better if you're good at it, but that's beyond my skill-set. I can't vouch for it personally, anyway. I have kneed a girl like this to stop an attack though, and it ended things quickly and she didn't suffer any real damage in the process. Pretty good outcome, I'd say. Could do a lot worse, at least. Honestly it was more instinctual than anything, I was initially just trying to control her to keep from getting scratched up but she still kept going crazy, so I threw up a couple knees and she dropped.

Just make sure she isn't pregnant before hitting her with the knee .

This is lazy and ridiculous logic. Ray Lewis was found not guilty over an un filmed murder that lacked enough proof that he had actually committed the murder. The NFL has no right to fire someone over a legal accusation with no actual proof in the form of a video like Ray Rice's video. People get accused for shit all the time, that does not mean that it happened. What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? We all get it. You don't need to be good at it. Police officers use a basic Aikido move to put peoples hands behind their backs to arrest them. Do that to the women and hold the other arm with your other hand.

Then use your best Barry White voice to whisper in their ear, "You know you want this dick."

Yep, sadly you need drama in your life in order to keep a woman. I fought with plenty of women at work in the past and some of them were throwing sexual innuendos at me afterwards. I personally don't like beefing with women I've been banging (I like to keep things positive) but it looks like that's too my detriment.

Yeah the older I get, the less tolerant I am of chick drama. See, all other areas of my life are DRAMA FREE! My career is going well. My retirement fund is well-invested and grows. I live in a nice home, in an exciting city. I can afford to do the things I want to do, within reason. I can date, and bang, attractive women 10-15 yrs younger than me. Everything works so well in my life that my capacity for drama may be reduced. I guess I've gone soft. When a chick comes in and starts stirring the pot, I tell her "I have a really nice life, and I don't have time for someone who wants to pick a fight with me by phone at midnight. It ruins my sleep." Some straighten up. Some can't; they need the drama. In that case, they have to get it elsewhere because I drop them!

At this point, the only mistake I could make would be to get married. Then, I wouldn't be able to get up and leave when they start shit. I'd be a prisoner, given the state of our family law.

Basically to inoculate themselves from further public backlash and right a perceived wrong. Many thought Ray Rice should've been banned from the league initially or at the very least received a harsher sentence, so the re-release gives the league another chance "to get right", and assuage the disgust that many social groups had with that they saw as a very lax punishment. Basically, they are covering their ass.

Despite the alleged neutrality of the courts and public opinion, certain types of crimes are just more hysteria-causing than others.

These crimes are ones that inflame public opinion:

domestic batteries
DUI/DWI
Sex offenses
Any offense involving animals (especially ones that look cute)

Do any of these, and you get hammered. Do pretty much anything else (including stealing tens of millions, homicides, etc.) and people shrug it off.

Ray Rice also had the supremely bad luck of having had the whole thing caught on video.

I wonder what would have happened to Michael Vick if there had been graphic videos of animal abuse of cute little dogs released to the public.

He then just dragged her out and left her lying on the floor.
