And I kind of see some evidence for this such as the Middle Eastern and African male seems to outnumber their female counterpart by 3:1 or more.

go to any with no planes to turkey. Sumy, poltova, kherson, nikolaev, krivoy rog... there are a lot of them, not just no turkish, but no foreigners in those cities.

It is historical. These kids are mostly from countries that where under Soviet Union sphere of influence, like Angola , Syria or Congo for example, or at least non-alligned countries like Morocco or India.

Mostly, their parents studied there too, and kids follow the same steps.

there are good english speakers everywhere. Not just in kiev. Level of english has really gotten better the last five years.

Why Sevastopol? Was full of Russian Navy staff when I was there 6 years ago...Simferopol seemed a way better place to game.

Take a look at this population pyramid. The current crop of 15-19 year old females is extremely small - there were few births in the early 2000s. So obviously starting several years from now they will be the new generation of Ukrainian beauties, and the demographic cohort falling from 2.5% to 2.0% is a big drop and make a big difference on the ground.
Look at the number of currently 35-39 year olds, and you'll understand why people reminisce favorably about Ukraine in the early 2000s - there were literally twice as many prime-aged women as there will be soon, in the early 2020s.

My two cents...If you want to see the best preserved Roman ruins, you don't go to Rome, you go to Greece, Spain, France etc.

If you want to meet open Ukrainian women, don't come to Ukraine especially Kyiv, where you're already behind the eight ball i.e considered a sex tourist until proven otherwise, don't speak the language, have no real reason for being here etc.

Go where they immigrate to. Which most of you have visited before anyway. Places like Poland, Czech Rep. Hungary, even Germany, the UK and Ireland. Crazy as that may sound, but when I visited those places, it seemed like many of the restaurants, bars and cafe's were staffed with Ukrainians, Moldovans etc. Not to mention those who've gone off to study in those countries. Unlike in Kyiv, these women have already made the move abroad and are at the bottom of the food chain in many of these places. They also have a different attitude. Many of them are still on Ukrainian/Russian social media even though they're living abroad. Mamba.ru for example(not best, but will give you an indicator of how many still use it once they leave. Just change settings to those countries to see what I'm talking about) Most have limited social networks once they immigrate and are usually quite homesick. They just have a different mindset. If you speak Russian and are familiar with the culture, you're already ahead of 95% of the guys there.

Or you can go to the places where they go on vacation(the least expensive ones where they are less likely to be with their boyfriends, husbands) Egypt, Turkey, etc. Even with Visa free to Schengen, you'll find more women budget travelling abroad, more staying in hostels (if that's your bag) etc.

Not saying don't come to Ukraine. There are obviously many guys that still come here and are smashing it. Just saying there are other options....

For example there are supposed to be approximately 2 Million Ukropi living in Poland now(other sources suggest much higher figures)

Many of the girls there are scratching a living working in cafes, hostels, etc. So if a guy has his own apartment, steady job and high income then he will be seen as a very eligible man for them. Especially perhaps in the smaller cities where there isn't the huge amount of competition from foreigners that you get in places like Krakow.

You also get to live a much more comfortable European environment

If you could start a company recruiting jobs for Ukrainians in Poland then that could be dynamite

Yes, Eddie has a point. I had better luck with Ukrainian and Russian girls abroad than in Ukraine and Russia. There are tons of Russian-speaking girls who travel around the world, work odd jobs, often stay in other countries either illegally or semi-legally. Many of them are just happy to find a normal guy who can take them out on a date and can afford his own place where he can bring them. Europe is not the only place where you can meet these girls. Basically any popular beach town in the world has some Russian speaking girls either visiting or staying long term... Cancun, Phuket, Pattaya, Bali, you name it.

I can't remember the last time I read first hand account detailed of UA especially the nightlife, daygame and online that was new positive in this thread.

I stopped going to Ukraine athe last few years and I have not seen anything that makes me want to go back since seems to have gotten worse since bio-metric passport and 30 day visa free travel came into effect.
I last went in Sept 2016 and had good time but it seems to gone gone downhill.

Eddie, Rocha, etc any of older experienced UA vets ... what are your thoughts ?

Don't know anything about a "30 day visa free travel", but Ukrainians do have Visa free travel to Schengen 90/180 now with the Biometric passport, which are becoming easier to get since there's not the backlog as there was when Schengen first opened up for Ukrainians. Personally, I'm from the US and we get a 90/180 deal, which by the way I've long overstayed on..... But I'm actually leaving after 20 years of living here, so I'm ready for a little butt hurting at Borispol when I make my final exit.....

I wish all those who continue to come the best of luck. Some actually do quite well, if they're prepared to jump through the hoops, i.e. get a longer term Visa, pipeline, social circle, have a legit reason for being here etc. Still, for me, I've been behind the curtain and Ukrainian women just aren't worth all the hassle anymore.....Maybe I've just gotten old I guess, spoiled by experiencing the "good old days"....But I've stayed here wayyyy too long....

Around October 2017 was my last time in Ukraine. That's why I don't have Ukraine stories to share as of lately. I can tell though that this last time I went was far from the best, a lot of near misses and blueballs, but mostly I believe was due to intrinsic factors of me, and not so much as a change in the landscape. I could not spend too much money on that trip, I left behind in Portugal 3 girls that I was banging at the time, and one of them I actually liked her, worst part is that we had a massive (and first) argument just on my way to the Lisbon airport to get the flight to Kiev (we where sharing a taxi, after I had banged her at my place), I even had some stupid arguments with girls in Ukraine that otherwise I would not have bothered to. After 3 weeks in Kiev, I had to start from scratch back home, and had a dry spell of also 3 weeks in Lisbon, the most that I can remember at least after turning 30.

My previous trip was in June 2017, and had a blast, made new friendships, banged 7 girls in 3 weeks (including here 2 old acquaintances), -only one of dubious quality, a bit chubby- one of them actually featured recently in a page of Playboy Ukraine...and other is the sweetest thing alive (this one is russian though).

But globally I agree with Eddie Morra's post.

Interesting article. I find a lot of the points valid, however, a little too optimisic for my taste. Maybe it's the cynicism I've developed from living here for 20 years clouding my judgement. But, I can't tell you how many times I've heard time and again about Ukraine's overblown progress, especially in fluff pieces written in the Kyiv Post.

This place for me has always been 1 step forward, 2 steps back. Always assume the worst until proven otherwise. Believe it or not, it's actually helped keep my sanity in living here for so long. In fact, when I've seen true progress on the ground, it's made me appreciate it all the more.

I think the future of this country is going to come down to 1. How bad do the Russians want to pull Ukraine back into it's orbit? People seem to forget that Ukraine is Russia's most important foreign policy issue. 2. How much the US and the EU want Ukraine to be pulled into their orbit and the $$$ they are williing to spend. Ukraine's been a bottomless pit for foreign aid since independence. 3. The current issues and future of the EU itself.

Time will tell. Ukraine's elections, their outcome, Russia's actions and the patience of the West will certainly dictate it's future. But, if the progress that's been made since Euro Maidan is any indicator, I'm not that optimistic. Most progress has been superficial at best. Ukraine's been on life support since Euro-Maidan from three sources: IMF, it's growing Tech sector and military aid (which is another form of financial assistance).

Anyway, sorry for the Geo-politcal diatribe. I do try hard to keep an open mind, but experience has taught me the contrary as far as Ukraine is concerned. I'm outta here anyway after 20 years.....I've had my day in the sun...So I'll leave the future adventures to all you other guys to sow! Looking forward to reading about them from my new location....one final piece of advice in scoring Ukrainian women: "Go West young man!"

Well yes, for example they talk about remittances but fail to talk about the huge demographic problems Ukraine is facing. There will continue to be a huge population drain until Ukraine's salaries and living standards improve.

Sometimes I go through my little black book of girls from the last few years, the majority of them are living overseas now.

I think depend of how exotic you are, I am creating a data sheet about ukraine, belarus in russia, I found a way to get many girls that will come to you, unfortunately the only condition is that you should be under 30.

I found a nice studio for 1700 usd a month... but if i were to pay 4k a month it would be the same quality just extra rooms lol. There is no real luxury places in kyiv is there? But its ok this studio will do for now. Its not bad. Just a more nicer place with modern bed linens etc would be better. To increase my value etc... always seems to help me in foreign places where everyone is poor is having a luxury apartment...
Hence why im looking for a pimp pad in kyiv that isnt 8 grand a month lol.
There are decent places on airbnb but already booked..

Unfortunately you are being taken advantage of by your landlord. Rent prices are low in Kyiv, and there are extremely nice, Western standard new builds available for under $800. I would have a word if you haven't signed anything yet.
