Can't he just hire an escort and lose it, why is he keeping it for and trying to get sympathy/attention from other people. Sounds to me like he's autistic or on the spectrum.

This guy should just buy a plane ticket and hit up a brothel in Central America asap. It would completely change is perspective, he would be empowered, and feel a whole lot better about himself.
