If you can honestly say "hey, I'm going to be much happier if I get plastic surgery" then go for it.

Its true that unless you have a ugly nose, HUGE man boobs, or a saggy face surgery isn't normally worth it.

I honestly don't think a strong chin helps you get girls? I have a pretty strong chin and I haven't heard shit about it.

I do have a small, short beard. It doesn't really make a different because I want my chin to protrude more, both laterally and vertically.

I'm personally of the side that if your inner confidence and game is sub-par, looks will not help you to any degree. Work on what you can control and make that as perfect as you can, and have some belief in yourself.

Looks are a minuscule piece of the pie when it comes to game, and as said on a pervious post, almost all men have the ability to at least get to a "7" in a woman's eyes through style, working out, and proper grooming.

I'm not big on plastic surgery unless its to fix a obvious flaw or deformity. However if you get surgery and it makes you feel better and more confident it will not only improve your game but also your life.

The choice is up to you, its your body, your surgery, your life... if you're sure its something you want done, then by all means go out and do it!

Talk to men who have gotten procedures done and see what they say.

I know a couple men who got rhinoplasties and were happy with the results. If you strongly think that your anxiety will decline and confidence will increase post surgery, consider it. But you should optimize everything else first. Go get an expensive hair cut and see a stylist, see a dermatologist and see where that takes you - you might get a better reception that way and stop wanting the surgery.

Also think about how you'd feel if you got a chin job and women treated you the same - if that's frightening, don't do it.

Modern Western Society suggests counseling or going to a psych, who will of course prescribe you some drugs.

The RVF quick fix is to go to a country where the chicks are going to like you, just for being from somewhere else. Sure it's superficial, it doesn't address your internal issues, but living in a different place, in a different society will put into perspective your own life.

The long fix is getting to the point where you love yourself, and that, in my mind, comes into putting yourself in stressful situations, and then getting out of them...and reflecting on it. Building your character through deed and action.

I believe its due to the fact that we as men should appreciate what we have, and that cosmetic differences is more of a "woman's game". Generally, men are looked at for what they do and women are looked at for literally what they look like.

Anglo men, no matter how fat or decrepit, have a taboo against improving your looks with the merest hint of artifice involved. So, a short man wearing elevator shoes to boost his results with women is scolded and mocked.

My take is usually if it works for him, who cares? If something succeeds or fails, the only person who will have to contend with the results is you.

I say we buy the OP a gold forum membership and get him renamed Mehow 2.0 after he gets a chin job.

She said it didnt matter if they weren't up to her looks threshold, and that it game only starts mattering once a guy surpasses the looks threshold every girl has set.

I think you meant to say, "will surgery improve your chances". Surgery can't change your game. But yeah, making yourself better looking will make you more attractive to women. Assuming of course it's good plastic surgery and you don't get turned into a freak like Michael Jackson.

If you have something like a fucked up nose and you have the money and looks matters to you, why the hell would someone not get rhinoplasty? As long as you don't go overboard and fuck up your face, I'd recommend anyone max out their look to any extent possible, be it by natural means or unnatural. If there was some medical procedure that would turn a 5'6" guy into a 6' 2" guy, I'd say it would be money well spent.

Game alone might help you date 1 or 2 points up the scale above you. But an average looking 5 guy isn't going get a 9 unless he's famous or wealthy. If you can bring yourself up to an 8 and then add in game the world is yours.

2/10 Troll was my first thought. 2nd thought would be even if this is a legit post, you clearly haven't done enough reading on the forum, and taken enough action in real life to exhaust all possible options for improving your lifestyle and game. Guaranteed if you do this you'll soon return to baseline and find something else to blame. Also, I would do yourself a favour and stop letting women influence you so much that you question common sense. Finally, everyone should watch the Bill Burr special when he discusses plastic surgery for men: "You don't fuck with your face!"

Didn't realize chin implants really happened though, I'd say stick to the face that your mother gave you - seems like getting the surgery will then open up the door to the insecurity, "I wonder if they can tell."

Fuck all that. I don't know the dangers of roids, but a pretty safe in-between would be something like Purus labs D-Pol. And for tightening it up LGI 11-X. Never use any one of those in length or you will basically permanently wreck your internal organs and always take them along with something like Purus Organ Sheild+Cycle Assist.

These are basically to help you to get to a point of self-maintenance. If you're continually using this shit your health will deteriorate and you will easily die before 38.

Some cosmetic treatments certainly do help, and I don't mean reshaping your whole fucking body. This is what I've had:
1) Laser eye surgery
2) Mole removal on face with nitrogen
3) Removal of birthmark with laser
4) Braces/Invisalign for teeth.

I am considering getting laser teeth whitening, hardly a surgery and it is cheap. I would also consider hair transplant surgery in the future if I go bold.

Lift weights, lose body fat (that'll help with your facial structure), get tan, eat vegetables (particularly carrots, kale, and beets), have a good skincare regimen (coconut oil, African black soap, anti-aging serum). Fuck a chin implant.
