Guys, I'd like to warn you against laser eye surgery.
I was considering it at one point (I am -7 in both eyes), but during my research on the internet I came across too much negative information, including this site:

Contacts and spectacles are a much safer option.

It seems to be too risky. I understand that the main issue with lasik is that the flap, formed by a blade or laser, never grows back to the stroma, and the severed corneal nerves never return to their former density, which causes the dry eye syndrom.

Plastic surgery is like rolling the dice on your face. Yeah good plastic surgery can go unoticed. Even the highest paid surgeons fuck people up daily. Seriously broski you should do everything else first

In theory, a resounding yes. Your face is the most important tool you have in attracting females.

However the problem is that there are limitations to what surgery can accomplish, even moreso in the case of men than women. Surgery can deal well with the protruding bits: chin, jaw, nose, ears, etc. If you have a bird nose or a weak chin, then fix those immediately. There will be a night and day difference in terms of quality of life, like going from a 3/10 to a 6/10.

But if on the other hand your problem lies in the overall size, shape, and proportions of the skull, then you're screwed. In plain English, if you have, say, bad eyes, or a large forehead, or a very small or narrow face, then you're in big trouble. There's very little that can be done about that beyond very gruesome maxillofacial surgery, and even that's largely reserved for deformed cases.

Ultimately, you're gonna have to accept the hand you've been dealt with and make do, and that's really how it is for males - you either have good genetics in these areas or you don't; the threshold is real. Girls in contrast, the more valuable sex, merely have to be thin and young, and can throw on some make up, and bam they're cute. They can possess all manner of facial features that would be a legit death sentence on a guy (narrow palate, long face, weak chin, etc.) yet they're still viable.

If you've read the book The Red Queen then this should all make sense. Beyond protecting and provisioning for the female, which need is no longer a pressing concern in the modern era, the function of males is, like walking, talking sperm, to act as fodder for the genetic integrity of the species.

I had my ears pinned back.

This helped my facial aesthetics by about a billion. My only regret is not having done it sooner.

If it helps with symmetry I:E: Something simple like Chin/Jaw/Nose or Ears then yes… You'll jump a few points just like that. Game will probably improve due to confidence. Big decision though. Would be best to read specific forums and find an adequate doctor. Not just some hack that could botch the job.
