I found my fifth that I am working and I think that is a sweet spot number. For my part it is all I have time for at the moment and it doesn't feel like a huge time sink, but I'm hoping that the probability of a five-way flake is fairly low.

My experience has been that it can be difficult to get a girl to talk on the phone, but a phone talk is like a first date if it's done well. When the meetup is planned she will often invite me over to her place instead of having a "second" date in public.

However, some girls hate the idea of talking on the phone so it's best to meet up. I still always try to get the number. But occasionally I will forgo the number but the meetup spot will be near my place so it's minimal investment.

XPQ21 were in the same boat buddy. I like the higher quality chicks. When you have a lead that's somewhat decent you want to get it while its hot. It sucks because of the amount of attention they get is insane and you may be buried at the bottom of the cue of potential suitors. Texted me at 12:30 AM "Oh hey, I'd really like to talk tomorrow, sorry I wasn't able to." I replied "Sure, OK."

I don't think I'll ever hear from her and I don't think there's much point in engaging further?

The level of flakery out there is unreal. I was flaked on by a dude today I was supposed to buy some stuff from Craigslist from. A DUDE! After I took the trouble to take two hours to set things up, get the cash to pay him, etc. for who knows what reason he blocked my number and won't reply to texts. Better offer, one would guess.

Fucking bullshit society. I do my best to have a sense of humor about it, however.

I normally do "pretty" good at not giving a fuck with what happens with these online girls but about a month ago I was texting with an Asian girl from OKC who looked to be a strong 8 or higher and it was impossible to get her out due to her "being so busy". We made tentative plans to meet during our lunch break for coffee, not my ideal logistics but I wanted to at least get in front of her. She ends up canceling saying she's sick and "everything is getting pushed back now." I said I would reach out to her closer to the weekend and when I pinged her again she gave me the "I'm already booked up for the next week" line.

Her attitude of entitlement and "the queen will see you now" got under my skin like no other woman in recent memory. The 8's and up who are actually open to meeting guys and not just attention whoring can literally be as picky and entitled as their imagination will take them. I deleted her number on the spot and she was one of the main reasons why I swore off online dating for now...

When you get the phone number, it all resets. You re-open over the phone with something witty and she replies "Hey". Its just a matter of lightning the mood again and discuss something to get into and then logistics.

Can't build too much comfort over the phone, that's better done in person.

Flakiness is expected. I didn't want to accept it at first but it became a reality when I had been flaked on by three girls. All from online (this is not limited to online chicks either, cold approach girls go cold quicker)!

This when the Not Give A Fuck and Abundance mentality takes over. Its best that we don't let our desires cloud our judgement.

She's a hot Asian on okc, probably with an insane amount of messages and some real heavy hitters waiting for their shot and to move up in the cue.

She's so busy with other dudes, that she finds it difficult to fit you in. The fact that she mentioned being "booked" means that you weren't of top priority in her cue. Competition is strong. I don't like to think about it much. We all like to feel like she wants our D, and not one of some wanna be 9/10 male model.

This goes for the 7s as well. I don't usually delete numbers, I prefer to delete the conversations. Not everyone out their has game. Maybe they come back, maybe they don't.

I remember you reminding me not to be shocked if a girl goes ghost. It sucks because you'd really like to fuck that girl and the disappointment is all too real. This is where I am, even with options I'm not hitting them as hard for meetups, but letting them sit while I focus on other things.

Very true @Wrighter. Here in OC Cal the level of competition and thirst from dudes making more money in a year than I'll make in 10 is off the charts. The only saving grace is that many of these guys have bad or nonexistent game. In this particular bubble, Asian women are at the top of the food chain as far as the desirable women and I've heard countless stories from women who I've fucked telling me about all of the guys who drop suitcase loads of money on them. Unfortunately, the glut of these guys gums up the system and distracts the attention of the run of the mill 7+ Michael Kors watch wearing, LV bag carrying, bolt on breast equipped, Asian girl who "loves to travel" and works in some kind of marketing/ad agency and lives in Newport Beach and posts IG photos of themselves on yachts and Machu Picchu...

Online dating is fucking boring and it's not being a boss in any way shape or form, I have a friend who is 6'5" and jacked and just banged out a busted morbidly obese Indian chick without cause in my mind (they watched sitcoms afterwards) made me sick listening to the story.

Why subject yourself to limitations like online dating. I'm sure there are some diamonds in the rough but I think it's a total time kill unless your pipe-lining overseas for a short stay. There is no point to online dating. Think about it, if the girl is getting enough attention in the real world then why the fuck would she be online. You want a girl every man wants not just some rando attention whore who does not care enough about herself to garner enough attention in the real world that she is resorting to online dating to find the "right" man.

I'd take a dry spell for month over banging out busted chicks or chicks with so much baggage they can't land a decent guy without the use of online dating. It all seems counter intuitive to me.
