I reactivated my old profile to get some excerpts for you guys. Reading it now, there are definitely things I would change but here are some highlights:

Opening line:

With respect to pictures I'd say the are very important. I had some of me in the ring (shirt off) , dj'ing, close ups, at the pool (shirt off), etc.

That's why i give dc1000 a lot of credit. The pool of attractive women is small. Couple that with living in the "Biggest sausagefest on the Eastern seaboard" and the situation is that dire.

Again some good lines but probably works better if people are actively viewing your profile and it doesn't happen often enough for me. I need to message them first to get them to look at mines most of the time which means it takes a lot of work, I can't be bothered to send out so many messages just for the odd couple to bite back.

Good stuff, I spent an hour going through that thread on the mma forum yesterday. Most of your photos were just black with ! over them, not sure if the image host deleted them?

I've run profiles on okcupid & pof a couple of times without any action. The second run I swapped out my profile photo and my profile views went way up and girls started responding to messages, but the quality just wasn't up to what I'm used to. I'm guessing the online stuff is better once you hit 30 because of the demographic skew (I'm 26 now.)

Does anything in your profile allude to your income?

yeah i saw that. around page 30 or so (or sept 2010) there are still lots of pictures up...the girl with the collar and chain licking my semen off the mirror is my current squeeze.

my profile did mention that i was a former hedge fund guy and then sometimes i'd have my income posted in the data section but not always. kinda was testing it to see what kind of women i'd pull. i think i ended up leaving it unstated because i didnt want gold diggers...plus, i never spent shit on the women.
