If you want to say, in a very dismissive way, "Get out of here, get lost, piss off", do not say (as erroneously quoted earlier on this thread): " Давай пожалуйста!", but instead, say "Давай, до свидания!".
It actually comes from a funny "Caucasian" rap-like song, and is very famous all across FSU. Title, and longer version is, "Ты кто такой? Давай, до свидания!".

Majorly bummed right now
When I was in Moscow I was dating this Russian girl who looked like Scarlett Johansen. She read her horoscope that morning which said love was in the air and that there was a pregnancy in her future, so when I asked her out that evening she, being the supertitious Russian that she was, figured it was me that was destined for her. She wanted to have kids with me, she'd cook and clean and let me bareback and fire away inside, she really wanted me to get her pregnant. Turns out she was living with her bf who wasn't sleeping with her for months. I disapprove of the cheating, but I understand it. She cheated on him a couple of times in the months leading up to us meeting as well, mostly on business trips.
Anyway, we fought, we had fun, I flew her around Russia with me while I was on vacation, and then I went back to Canada.
I got a gf here, and she insisted we become facebook official and post pics of us online. She is 21, cute as a button and lives with her parents. Very sweet and attractive, and shy. The bangs aren't as frequent as I'd like, but she's a great woman who is resistant to the sjw programming, tho not immune to it.
My Moscow girl saw the pics and removed me from facebook. She had been asking me to pic a place for us to go on Christmas vacation together. Obviously the situation wasn't very sustainable but it really sucks to know I probably caused her some emotional distress and that I lost someone I really liked and had some amazing memories with.
My gf is great and I can't really complain, but I'm feeling a real sensation of loss right now.

Why American Soldiers are there is for me and for many Russians still a big mystery, and a real shame. Look at what they did in Libya, Iraq and Afghanistan, it is now a BIG mess, much worst than before the intervention. Obama will go down in history as the worst President ever.

OK guys, so feeling really down recently.
So the meeting happened and in a nutshell it was a disaster. She was even crying when I looked back as I was about to go through my airport gate.
So I thought whatever lol, but the sadness of not getting my Russian flag and having this person I talked to a lot hit me harder than I thought it would. Back home now I haven't bothered even meeting up with one of my plates of two months and she's stopped texting me. I had a date the other day and was totally disinterested in her and it didn't go really well, I just really regret not being able to get my Russian flag (at least I got many BJ's on my unerect dick) and keep thinking of her. She told me she definitely wants to talk occasionally but I told her we can talk once every couple of months (it's been three weeks now without contact with her), and she told me she definitely wants to see me if I ever come to Russia or if she comes to my city, and told me I'm a very important person in her life.
I wouldn't have cared much about this but it's starting to really affect my game with girls, in fact I have been disinterested in other girls, now it seems I only have one mission in mind to make up for this and it's to get a Russian flag (even if it's not her) but that seems like a stupid goal and puts a certain type of women on a pedestal.

True, true I have let her go (she's the one who said she'll message me next in a few months, and wants to keep talking). But, I don't know how to explain it, I've destroyed things with my two plates where I currently am and have let strong leads go. @Vinnie, My tinder experience in July in Moscow was mediocre. I managed to get 300+ matches in about a week as I was swiping blindly and it got too overwhelming and i'm not even a good looking guy. Funnily out of those girls only about 10% looked unattractive. I felt like in paradise BUT then I lost focus and would spam the girls with generic messages in Russian which did not go over well. Many girls with whom I matched up took several days to respond, others played mind games and did not want to meet up. I had only a week to spend in Moscow due to work so after 3 days got frustrated with Tinder and only day/night gamed.
In hindsight, if I had tindered a week in advance (instead of 2 days in advance) of my arrival AND actually spent time customizing my messages to just 10-15 profiles I possibly could have had solid dates lined up but who wants to do that when you got supermodel ally at Gorky Park every day, and Skimpily dressed girls by Red October Island at night?
Also, based on your salsa posts I would chill at Gorky park every day as it has multiple dance area's and every time I went there they had Latin music playing and more girls than guys. Gorgeous 8+ girls who would not be able to move around in USA where I live ( due to guys hitting on them constantly) I noticed would spend hours waiting for guys to approach them for a dance and eventually have to settle for locals who looked like slobs or newbies who could barely move. Nobody here is suggesting that the only form of employment available in Russia or anywhere within the FSU is TEFL based. I have told you plenty of times before that you have both the means and the ability (IT and Russian language) to go location independent but you are simply too afraid to take the risk. Here's a piece of advice; Life is about taking risks. Liquidate all your assets in the States and relocate. That is what I did. Listen mate, you are not getting any older and you are wasting time on here procrastinating. Fact is, you are in a job that you hate and you aint getting laid in DC. If that does not make you move, then I guess nothing will.
Don't give me any more excuses about your pension. What good will your pension be when you are 65, impotent and simply too old and decrepit to get the leg over. I went to Saint Pete in the summer and I'm still feeding on the memories. Haven't checked out this forum before, just a local pua forum and went to Russia without any good advise. Afterwards this place was recommended to me. And it feels like coming home.
Regarding Tinder:
I pipelined by tinder some time ahead - months in fact. I advise against this long interval, I had a flake rate of at least 50%. It is really hard to keep their attention for months; most of them got probably boyfriends (maybe even you) and startet ghosting. It was really frustrating, but as the numbers were really high, it could have been worse. I got 60 matches a day and had to stop on day 3 because I couldn't handle all of them. The quality was really great. I still switched my Tinder location to Russia - simply because I can't go back. There is no going back to western women after dating russian women. And some solid prospects always pop up. However, daygame would make me less dependent on flakiness. It is still a problem and can be frustrating.
And while the quality online is higher than everything we have in the west, the quality in real life will be jaw dropping. Almost too much, and I really hate to admit it that it pushed me into my head a lot and I didn't approach when I wanted to. Will work on it next time. Another problem I had is that I completely overestimated my russian abilities. It can work out, sure, but it makes life so much more easier. I mean I went on a date with a girl who didn't speak english at all, and, like I said, my russian is ochen plokha and it was still pretty neat and all. But I dont want to do this on a regular basis. Also it sucks not knowing whats being said when strangers start talking to you. Or the bouncers, the police and so on. Just do yourself a favor and put your mind to rest by learning it.
One thing I really noticed when dating is, how seldom devushkas had time. Most of them study hard or work a lot and the economical situation is bad. Keep that in mind and be persistent when trying to arrange a date. Together with that typical cold russian vibe they may seem completely disinterested in you. Push through without being butthurt and taking it personal. They will warm up to you and make time.
Its been a couple of months and I desperately try to go back. I could get over the first time with focussing on my work, fitness and hobbies but it starts to gnaw on my soul.
Next time (late autumn, winter) I will go to Moscow, too, before I visit my devushkas in Piter. I have like 2k € saved for the trip and try not to overdo it. I cant really say anything practical at this point but am looking forward making that experience.
I am not big on forums in general but I was thinking about writing some of my own experiences. However I find that WUV's reports really hit home for me and I really couldn't add anything more.

Am I being paranoid (i.e. the barrier of entry is too high for eastern europe) or is it worth considering in your opinion?

Well one big benefit of Moscow is how its so international. Many ex pats. And that potentially means work for you in areas not possible back home.
Next year I expect to be pretty location independent as I'm involved in financial markets and import export.

I'd be interested to see how red pillers/likeminded ex pats connect up in cities like Moscow. Additionally, St P is a wonderful city. But its not quite so international as Moscow. So maybe I'd consider it myself sometime after Moscow.

So the meeting happened and in a nutshell it was a disaster. She told me she definitely wants to talk occasionally but I told her we can talk once every couple of months (it's been three weeks now without contact with her), and she told me she definitely wants to see me if I ever come to Russia or if she comes to my city, and told me I'm a very important person in her life.
I wouldn't have cared much about this but it's starting to really affect my game with girls, in fact I have been disinterested in other girls, now it seems I only have one mission in mind to make up for this and it's to get a Russian flag (even if it's not her) but that seems like a stupid goal and puts a certain type of women on a pedestal.
Anyone have an ideas on how to treat her going forward? Just keep sparse communication with her in case of when I go to Russia and get the bang?

Distances can suck. But are only a bigger issue in the early days. Russian women are very sweet and believable. But not overly honest, especially to themselves. Atleast in my experience. PLus there is the added, potentially FAR bigger question of long term location and identity etc. Russia-Western political relations are shit and some women seem to have a fear factor there.
Russia today isn't like 1992 when many were struggling and had an apparent big regard for the West.

Your situation reminds me of my own a little bit. Nearly 4 years ago, I started with a Russian girl from the far eastern region. Lots of shit happened. She said we were perfectly matched (as did I). Until she said apart from the issue of me not living in her tiny remote home town (which was NEVER an issue for her in earlier years). Things got very acrimonious and I'm just about to send her a final ever email, basically telling her that I hope she dies from AIDS. I still feel rather fucked off about it, due to her cowardice/antics.

They've missed the most important part: the company has to be doing business in a priority industry, and a licence has to be sought to operate in those industries. FOB foreigners will find it difficult to establish a business with those prerequisites.
You'll also have to pass a Russian language test, although it's set at a very low level - equivalent of A1 on the CEFR scale.
An easier way is to marry a Russian citizen, which allows an application to be submitted three years from the date of the marriage. Same thing if you have a Russia citizen child. In these cases, one wouldn't even need to spend any time in Russia other than 2-3 short visits at the end to make the application.
If planning to live in Russia, an application can be made after five years even if not married and without any other familial or business connections to Russia.

What's up brothers! I'm T - minus 3 weeks to my return to Russia for 9 days. As I write to your from my ocean view desk in a California beach town, I couldn't be more excited to go to the cold, snowy, Federation. Hopefully I will come back with some stories. Now that Going Strong and I are friends, we can focus on content instead of my silly rants against him.
I have been pipelining hard and found girls better than the first time I pipelined 2 years ago. At that time I was fixated on banging a girl 18 - 21, because I never had it. Note: This is a 9 day trip where pipelining is essential. Day game is always paramount but requires living and being there. Day game yields the best woman consistently and anyone here for a month or more should focus on this game.
