Situation:
I'm working as a casino dealer and occasionally a model in Thailand. I'm in BKK area. Usually during the events I'm teaching them how to play casino games (not for the real money). After my working hours I'm often invited to parties.

My boss is a thai gay. The guy is intelligent, rich and he's hitting on me.
He sees that I'm drawing girls attention and knows that I have a girlfriend. Sometimes he'd approach a group of girls I'm talking with, and he'd compliment how handsome/nice/smart I am. Like my best wingman!

While talking with me, he's "innocently" touching my arm etc. That would be no big deal except it happened many times. I feel like he's practicing escalation ladder on me.
First time, I reacted with stone face/no emotion attitude and phrase:
"You're touching me all the time."
He said:
"Of course, that's my job, and you as a model have to get used to people touching you all the time."

Problem:
How to deal with his guy? He's my boss, I can't cross the line of being rude.

Could be him hitting on you but maybe not.

Even straight guys will touch you a lot. Put their hand on your leg while they're talking to you for extended periods of time, etc. I've even seen them hold hands.

Of course, you should let people know when they're really going too far, but if you want to fit in, you'll have to make some cultural allowances. Dealing with the gays here is something you'll really have to get used to also. They're very forward, and often when they're not really trying anything, they like to play around and joke and try to flirt with you.

I wouldn't expect this guy will be changing his entire act for you any time soon. If it really gets awkward, you might be better off leaving. But if the contact isn't overtly sexual or seems to be a joke for the benefit of who you guys are talking to, I wouldn't read too much into it.

Of course, I'm not there to see what's really going on, so you'll have to feel this out on your own.

EDIT: Damn - gone before I could blink. It did raise my eyebrows that it was posted in game, but then I got caught up in my response and forgot. haha
