For me these are all objects in the rear-view mirror, but time was -- in my eagle's aerie high up over Tokyo looking south to the bridge and the bay -- when I'd gear up for a Saturday night outing by pouring the sirupy Stoli straight from the freezer into my favorite high-stemmed V-shaped aperitif glass, lighting up a cigarette, and cranking the five-speaker surround-sound stereo to this --

I discovered this slick cover of an old song called "You Rascal You" by watching a commercial for Levi's on TV.





Granted, it would've been cooler had the guy chosen to pick up the chick at the coffee shop rather than return to the girl he just smashed, but I won't nitpick too much. Overall, it's not a bad depiction of heterosexuality or a guy with game.

If you listen to the song and think of yourself as "the rascal," it's a pretty good song to get you in the gaming mindset before you go out.
