Sorry, I missed the part about her resorting to violence with you. That only happened to me once, and I immediately dumped her. I have had other friends who were dating J-girls who resorted to violence with them, and most of my friends did the same thing, immediately dumping them, even though some of them were 8s or 9s.

Sorry I was typing on my phone and got that term wrong - It is 逆ギレ (gyaku gire).

It doesn't necessarily include violence. For example, a girl catches a guy cheating by looking at the messages on his phone. Instead of owning up or apologizing, he immediately retorts "Why the fuck are you looking through my phone bitch?" and shifts the blame onto her. This is gyaku gire.

Most gaijin are probably going to sound gay trying to get angry in Japanese though. Only use if you know how to get angry using the proper macho vocabulary lol. Go for the non-reactive route whenever possible.

Without delving into the tired-ass "what's a 7" "what's an 8" discussion, I'm just curious as to how you guys (Skotch and Sargon) find that there are so many 8+'s in Japan? Are these 8's in comparison to American girls? Or are you plowing through girls who are in the top 20th percentile of all females in Japan? If it's the former, I can understand as I thought the average girl walking around in Buenos Aires was an American 7 (tall, thin, good style, long hair), although I guess there it'd be a BsAs 5.

I agree. In my opinion regardless in any country, rating system should be done on a standard deviation. 5/6's make up 67% up the population. 7's at a 13.7%. 8's at 2.1%. 9's at 0.1%. Which is why night game is essential since the top clubs have a huge amount of 7s/8s percentage wise compared to the day time.

So if you are banging the top 2% of the population consistently in your eyes props to you. But I have found true 8's in any country take a shit load of work and too much bullshit to keep around. 7's are much better in terms of work put in and quality of lay.

Advice is to keep the 8 around till you find another.

I was in a japan on a short trip. Definitely geared for more introverted leaning people rather then asshole american game.They take insults literally at face value sometimes.

Because Japanese women are usually thin, feminine, and expertly groomed and wardrobed I think there are more 7s and 8s here than one would find in the US. There is, of course, some personal bias involved because I am more attracted to Asians than I am to white women.

That's for sure. The one I dumped for hitting me soon after showed up at my house in the middle of the night while I was in flagrante delicto with another girl. I've never been in a situation where a girl started hitting me, but I can certainly confirm that hot girls tend to be drama queens, if my experiences are anything to go by.

I have more of a "three-strike" rule when dealing with things like crying-fits (that are provoked by anything less than a serious personal crisis e.g. your house burning down, death in the family, terminal illness).

Of course, you're right that it's easier said than done.

Generally, a significant portion of the women here take excellent care of their appearances and are, as Carlos100 put it, excellently groomed and wardrobed. Walking around in a crowded area, pretty much everywhere my eyes turn I see at least one woman I would describe as very sexy and attractive. Whether that would fit the definition of an "eight" is too subjective to debate, but the point is I would have little to no reason to feel that any given woman, even if very attractive, is in any way irreplacable.

Japan makes your standards go up. Newbies off the boat think every J-girl they talk to is an 8. Then over time they begin to see the differences. Thin, good skin and fashionable is the bare MINIMUM for a girl in Japan.

Going back to the "what is a 7" discussion, I don't think the scale is shifted or anything. I just think the average in Japan is higher. There are a shitload of cute 6s, a lot of 7s, and a good number of 8s walking around. 9s are maybe similar in number to America. They're thin, wear suggestive clothing, and make themselves up well. I think if American women weren't lazy fucks, they could compete.

I think it's a different kind of hot, as well. I've only seen a handful of women in Japan that I would say are "beautiful" and maybe only one that was "gorgeous." If I go out in the heart of LA, I can spot a beautiful woman within a few minutes. There's just fewer skinny little cuties running around.




@G_global. I'm in Kyoto now. It's an interesting place, but I'm already ready to leave. I just moved here from the States. I am living about an hour from Tokyo. I just went into the city this past weekend for Hanami, and goddamn Tokyo is swarming with bad bitches. I think you guys are very right about the fact that Japanese girls win primarily because they're not lazy like American bitches. They are much more likely to be in shape, they dress better, and present themselves much better. As a woman, you can write your own ticket just by doing these things.

However, I also saw a lot of legit hot girls in Tokyo over the weekend that would probably still be hot without the impeccable Japanese self-presentation. I'm saying that, and I'm not even the type of guy who has a special thing for Asian girls. Japan's hot chicks seem to flock to Tokyo after high school the same way hot girls in the US do with NY and LA. Agreed on Yokohama. Even though I live in Tokyo, I seem to end up dating Kanagawa chicks. I have dated (as in LTRed) a load of girls from Yokohama. Some from Tokyo. Less from Saitama. None from Chiba. There is definitely a correlation there!
