I searched and didn't find much on this. Anyways, I was curious how you guys deal with women approaching you?

I do excellent when I'm the one approaching women, but when women approach me, I always stumble somehow. On average I get 1 - 2 women approaching me when I'm out, and quite honestly, I do not know how to capitalize on this. I'm so used to being the one approaching, and it's not like this is anything new, but consistently I fail in attracting them beyond initial conversation. I think part of my failure is due in part to always being in that mindset of being the approacher and the one who leads. Of course, obviously there is something fundamentally wrong with my results here, so of course, I'm curious what you guys do in these situations?

Go with the flow.
Most times if you play your cards right when a girl approaches you, all you have to do is just avoid fucking up and you can get a SNL.
All you have to do in fuck up avoidance game is show you don't have the social skills of someone with autism, and don't come across as an axe murderer.
One final point is if you feel like you need to lead suggest changing the location in the club i.e. if you're at the bar suggest to her that she should join you on the dancefloor or outside for a smoke, after this in your mind you might feel that your the one leading the interaction by determining the location where you two get to know each other.

I kind of go numb because im not use to it. This one time I got approached by a girl at Six Flags. I was waiting for a friend who was in the bathroom. She comes up to me and says

Her: "Do Penguins fly?"
Me: "huh?"
Her: "Well thats one way to break the ice. Hi, Im Kati"
Me: "MidWest"


I was shocked and stunned. Im used to girls in Mexico whistling at me and calling me "Papi" and all but from an American girl I never thought it would be possible. She ended up number closing me which later turned into a date. I felt weird being on the other side of the approach.

It is kinda weird being on the other side.

A girl at Panera Breads approached me saying "I'm gonna be bold today" and gave me her business card.
