Her ex has always been married, a guy she dated for 2-3 years casually before me while dating other people, on and off; so recently (not when she was much "younger, hotter"). I've heard of many stories on here and other guys in their 40s-50s and still dating girls in their 20s and 30s. This ex of hers is one example even. He's in his fifties dated her in her 30s. So, I don't know about you, but it seems plausible to do and we all hear how young girls go for older guys. Now, if I'm in my 40s and 50s, I don't particularly want to think about getting married and having kids, and because I actually like this woman, I wouldn't mind having a child with her now, since she's already in her 30s and it's time. I agree with you when you say 'Follow the fallacy that raising a child is something to "get out of the way,' but I try to look on the bright side when I say that when the kid potentially becomes an adult, I'll still be at least young enough to be able to bang/sarge/etc hot girls in their 20s, 30s, not to marry them, just have a good time, etc. I'd hazard a guess that it would feel like I'd have some weight off my shoulders. At the end of the day when you're 70 and she's 80, or if you're 70 and she's 60, none of that is going to matter.
