Wondering whether to stay at/near his condo complex because there will be some kind of network to sink into, or whether to say 'fuck staying in the suburbs' and just stay more central albeit with double the rent.

Any one any thoughts on this?

Punnawhithi isn't far from the central area. As much as I don't really like sharing info anymore I must say that area is decent. It's only 7 stops from Asoke (11-12 minutes), it's also only a few stops from On Nut which is now a hub, Ekkamai and Thonglor only being a few minutes / stops away also. There is a massive new mall / two office towers that just opened right in Punnawhiti with many office girls walking around during the day and evening. Many new condos as well as townhouses that are quite a bit cheaper than even the once cheaper On Nut / Prakanong. Plenty to do within the area and also close to Suvarnabhumi.

Its basically database oracle stuff. I suppose it can help get me a lucrative IT sales job?

It won't hurt, it won't help either generally. If you are selling a DB or ERP solution great, if you are not, not so much. Your experience will have to be specific to what product the company is selling.

I've seen your other posts over the forum recently. You have to ask yourself why are you doing this? Have you even been to BKK?

Hey guys, so me and best mate going for the week of the songkran festival (April 12-22), anyone else there?
Also few quick questions -

Best online site - thinking tinder as simple?
Best clubs from British/Westerners?
Anywhere I should visit as a general tourist?

Bankok for further 7 days then last 3 in Pattaya which I heard is great at end of songkran?

Cheers guys!

Tinder, Bumble.

Soi 11 or RCA. If not solo you can try Demo and etc. If solo, W hotel or a rooftop bar.

Wat Arun isn't all that in the day. It looks great at night.

During songkran it is open season for water thrown at you. You refusing to participate gets more water thrown at you.

How many days does the spraying people with water go on for in Bangkok? I'll be in Thailand during songkran, but I'm thinking about leaving Bangkok for that period of time, maybe go check out some chill nature locations.

The entirety. You'll notice it once songkran starts. The traffic dies down. People start eyeing you. No it's not because of some foreigner god factor or they hate you. It's because you are about to get soaked.

Low season question, thinking about heading out in either May, June or July. Is there any way you can get freebies from bar girls? I would assume they might give them out in high season because they might not need the money.

Why bother when there are so many regular girls eager to jump on the dick? Especially if you're white and under 45.

No judgment in you trying to shore a prostitute, as long as you know that's what that is.

I don't get why people love TH so much, overplayed and overrated destination, 40M tourist expected in 2019

Thai girls are one of the flattest I have seen with most annoying boner killer language/accent.
Another bonna killer is they believe TH is the center of universe and Thai food is the best in the world, one of the most narrow minded people you will come across.
IMO if you don't find Thai girl attractive right off the bat I guarantee any further interaction with her will only turn you off, no substance, no sense of humor or intellect. Malaysian/Indonesia girls are few leagues above in all of these departments department
No wonder most expats living there become alcoholics

Are you kidding or just a soy guzzler? The accent is no worse then any other Asian country. You might want to have your testosterone levels checked.

Also, most countries outside of the cucked west are going to think they are the center of the universe and their culture and food is the best, it's healthy and it's called nationalism.

Yes if you are young or give off a provider vibe.Even pornstars have boyfriends/husbands.

Weather you really want to is a soul searching question

Jesus, you managed to fit about 17 negatives statements in essentially a paragraph that reads like a single breath...

Take a nap, buddy - wouldya?

Don't even know where you kids find the time for focusing on something that so unnecessarily irks you like this.

Beyond All Seas

"The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe.
To be your own man is a hard business. If you try it, you'll be lonely often, and sometimes
frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself." - Kipling

I tend to agree, but Thailand is a much more liveable country than any other SEA country.

That said, my next SEA trip is going to Jakarta.

What bars/clubs do young professionals (22-32) hang out at? Just arrived last monday, know of octave, club at koi, sky bars in general etc. Trying to avoid Khao San and Sugar and the likes ...
