In general, women are "more desirable" than men, in that men cast a pretty wide net regarding who they want to bang and women are more selective. This does not mean that women age better. The cougar thing is greatly exaggerated in the media to convince women that they are still highly desirable to get them to keep up their consumer lifestyles. Sure, lots of dudes will throw one in a cute older broad, but almost no men would choose to bang a 45 year old if they had the option of banging a 25 year old with the same effort. And this is only talking about banging. Things get much for cougars once you start talking about relationships.

I've known a few older man, younger woman couples and I've known a few older woman-younger man couples. In quite a few of the older man couples, the woman was very cute and lots of younger dudes would have loved to get with them. All of the couples I've known with older women, the younger dude was either not particularly attractive or a herb.

I hate to say this because I'm in the catGory, but when a guy starts going bald is when he's come to a wall. That's if we define wall as being a dramatic hit to the way you look. Girls these days are definitely looking to see if you have hair.

This doesn't mean that you can't get pussy, but if you were leaning on your looks and are going bald, you have to srengthen your game heavily in other areas or try a different approach.

All others things being equal, I'm almost certain that it would affect your chances on swipe websites like okc and tinder.

Men can hit the wall at any age, I have heard of guys having heart attacks in there 30s. Your health is the number one thing and yet so many people treat their bodies like garbage cans.

No, look at Bruce Willis or Vin Diesel, the last made himself famous started a career being bald, he is strong as fuck, just look at his facebook page, almost 60 millions likes, more than many good and younger looking actor.

It's about fertility, you can lookup graphs. The fertility and sexual attractiveness graphs are similar.
Women usually hit the wall hard at age 25-30, men hit the wall milder, at 35-40-45.
As a 40 y.o. woman is likely hitting menopause, her attractiveness is gone. But a man can still be fertile at 60 so he can still attract some women.
Human females are the only females of any species that hit menopause for what I've read. And the explaination is that historically men have always been choosing to bang the younger women so fertility after age 40 was useless for women. Particularly as in older times they would've had more wrinkles and sagging breasts, men had all the reasons to go for younger women.
