Hes the mayor. I don't get the impression the Mayor of Vancouver is all that high paid. (He makes 154k) A good wage but far from rich especially with the Vancouver housing market. The Asian girlfriend is very cute. Hes also a very good looking 50 year old in fairness.

He has money from other sources, he started up a few companies prior to his political career and his old home sold for $2m. No one can afford a 2M home on a $150k salary.

Money is key. I'm not too far from 50, but a lifetime of saving and careful investments, plus taking care of myself, has paid dividends.

I'm not the man I was at 25, but I'm a far better specimen at near-50 than any woman my age.

Real talk - men can hit the wall at 24 or even earlier if they don't take care of themselves.

Not lifting, eating bullshit food, not sleeping well, having bad habits, fapping constantly, being stressed out all the time, binge watching TV, hanging around with negative people who do nothing but snark it up and hate on stuff - the combination of all of those things can turn a man into a low-T shell of a man at any age, and this is the life course a lot of average men are on.

Disagree somewhat. Unlike women, men can legitimately pick themselves up.

A woman's peak is 23-26, and even if she takes perfect care of herself, there will be a steady decline no matter what.

A man can be broke, out of shape, and a general slob at 24, and recover by the time he hits 30- and still be considered a winner. Can you honestly say the same about a woman?
