It's not a zero sum game. If you can pull chicks in real life, that's great, online probably sucks for you. However, some dudes would not be getting laid if it wasn't for online dating.

OK, I'm talking about myself.

It's great to say approach approach approach. It's just not realistic for everyone. I am about to bone #14 this year tomorrow night. I don't think I have boned 14 girls in my life from "real life."

And yeah, the quality is not great, but I am getting my dick wet and I am happy. And I would say the average age is 22-24. I am between 35 and 40.

I think if you are going for quality (8 and up), online dating is a poor option. I think if you are trying to go from little to no sex, to semi regular sex, it's a no brainer.

I 100% agree that online is minor league and night game is the big leagues, hence my username. When I start pulling chicks out of clubs, I'll be a big G.

I want to clarify my post, I doubt I'll quit online dating over the long term. For me the big thing was straight up burnout from it and the fact that I was getting better looking girls in real life.

Online I would message all caliber of girls and fuck all types. Most of you guys have seen my responses to the "Would you hit it thread." I'd get cute ones, but it got to the point where I couldn't stand them for even the few hours it took for me to hook up.

Several times over the past year I'd be having an epiphany while smashing an online chick from behind...I'd be there and think to myself, this isn't much better than jerking off tonight.

You can just feel the difference with online girls who have 100 dicks on tap, versus a girl who is not online.

I remember Roosh wrote a blog post a while back, saying something to the effect that he felt he should be compensated for hooking up with these girls. That's exactly how I was feeling, they were getting so much more out of it than me, smashing these girls was like a slight step above my hand for the night. Hence the burnout factor.

Sure it's all good, I'm getting laid, but still it left something to be desired. I'm not saying girls not online aren't promiscuous as well, but there is definitely a difference in behavior, flakiness factor, and personality in my opinion.

I don't think even 3% or probably even 1% of guys actually cold approach with any frequency. The posters here are distant outliers.

It's not ruining game, but it is degrading a number of prospects. I know a ton of girls who will rather spend their Friday night counting likes on their duckface pic #4002 than put real effort and go out all dolled up.

Another way guys fail at online dating is taking a pua approach. Generic profile, standard pics, boring headline, and spam the same message. This doesn't work in real life, nor will it online. You have to take a few minutes and read each profile and customize a message to get the best response. I have a couple sure fire mortars, but they are specific to ethnicity and age. These are used mostly when a girl doesn't give much to work with on her description. When you get good, you can paint a picture from her profile and pics, then strike with accuracy.

Go emech and study the pictures. I think he sits in front of the computer all day with a magnifying glass looking at photos. Then of course you have the online wingman system, but I've not taken the time to set that up yet.

As far as online dating is concerned, men are ruining it. Dudes that dwell on the internet are the ones that have zero skills in real life, so they lurk on dating sites. I know this from digging information out out of girls I've met, both online and in real life. Their stories are congruent. One chick said her date asked to move in, start having kids, and get married. That is a level of thirst that can't be measured.

We assume women are being bitches online just because, but there is reasons. When you see 'no dick pics' all over her profile, its because her inbox is full of them. Or a first message of 'hey wanna fuck'. Add all the thirsty married dudes on there and women have no choice but to put up bitch shields. I've talked to enough girls that gave up pof and okc due to the bullshit. When you wonder why there is little talent online, well, there it is. Men have botched it up.

But you have to play the hand dealt. When I see a profile with 'no dic pics', I can work it.

I have kids. I have baby mommas. I have a job. I have Boards I sit on. I have a life that requires me to be awake at 630AM daily. I am sleepy at 10PM.

As I agree with online dating effecting night game, I the bigger cause goes further back.

Before I reached high school, there were some strong traditions in place. Fights between rival schools, an old junker car was smashed and burned for the pep rally, bonfire parties followed the football game. School still had its clicks, but those groups met on common ground.

Fast forward 5 years and all that was gone. The school spirit was gone, groups got clannish, no more big parties. This was pre-internet days. I disappeared after graduation to greener pastures, but every year would visit, and it just got worse. Part of my hiatus was in SoCal, and the mid/late 90's were popping in the clubs. If you were <25 that was where to get laid, but that was out there.

I don't think the internet/social media/phones have all to do with it, but rather a social shift that started pre WWW or cell towers. For now the best I can guess is diversity breaking up night game.

I am dark skin mulatto and when I take my dancing skills to a white bar, there is no comparison. It also helps that I am somewhat good looking.

I have seen some men that have practiced dancing for years and still don't look natural while dancing. Some things in game can't be faked. If you are short and less attractive than your competition, in your fish bowl, you will have to work harder for the same goal.

Without question, it ruins night game and in addition, it benefits the more intraverted type of girl who won't be caught dead in a bar or a club. Sure, if the bar has a restaurant attached, they would go and dine with their friends, but they won't venture to the other side where the guys are. The boring girls who don't drink--they might be pretty or even less attractive than that, but because they are not as outgoing like their more extraverted pals, they minimize their exposure in environments where they don't shine. So outside of day or social circle game, they can entertain the interest of guys who try to find them through the world of on-line profiles.

I'm a photographer so editing is what I'm always doing. I have no problem making a few extra bucks to make everyone look the part. I promise it'll be money well spent.

I'd say get a good head shot (fairly close to face) of you so one can really see you. Also, a half body shot of your choosing (shirtless, tank top etc etc. enhancement of physique won't be a problem either. this would of course depend upon your body type).

I am working on half a dozen 8s right now that I met off of tinder(got their phone numbers and trying to convert to bangs). some of them are time wasters and I can already tell they won't meet up.

depending on your city, tinder may be loaded with 8s and even 9s. The problem as I see it, is that a lot of the 8s and 9s are just on there to try to get more followers(orbiters) on their instagram.

Read the tinder thread. If you can pass for being in your 20s, set your age on facebook to somewhere in your 20s(the younger the better your chances of pulling girls in their early 20s) and get on tinder.

Generally, the level of talent in bars and clubs is not as good as I can find on tinder. (I am in los angeles)
