Custom suit in the mail -which company did you go with (I'm assuming you went with an online M2M company)? I'm currently debating between Indochino and Black Lapel, which both tend to receive favorable reviews. Haven't considered the others yet.

I wear a thin Silver Chain from Links of London. Forget the exact length but it ends just above nipple line.

Has a classy look.

Etsy is a great place for reasonably priced accessories. Also TheTieBar.com is good for ties and pocket squares at good prices.

Watches?

I own an old school Omega Seamaster from 1962. One of my favorite watches. I see all sorts of makes and models, but I prefer having a trusty go to watch all of the time.

Going with a tie definitely helping, tie bar not so much no change but I like to match it to the square when it's a real nice venue.

Custom suit = through a friend/stylist dude I know. Any of those made to measure ones are probably gonna get you the same reaction assuming you are not getting bad quality material.

Saw the watches mentioned was gonna rock a breitling but never been a watch guy.

^ the tie seems to make a difference though. Girls will pull on it when dancing etc.

Going to rock square + mis-matched tie for now.

Thing is a tie on Weekends seems to be overkill, tie + square on Monday To Friday is better.

No need for a belt if you have a custom suit, they come without loops.

More seriously I would say stick with brand matching. Walking around with a Gucci belt and $25 Levi's is not going to make sense.

Wen it comes to belts it's best to find high quality COLORS such as brandish where the fade matches the fade on your shoes.

Rock a watch. Always.

Shocked you're a finance man and don't dig watches.

Tailored suit, badass expensive dress shoes, custom dress shirt, pocket square, cuff links and watch and you're golden.

Wear a watch for You, but I guarantee you'll get opened from wearing a good watch. I get opened almost everytime I'm out because of my watches.

If I must wear a suit, then I wear boots with it. In that case the belt needs to match the footwear.


   



   


Not western or gaudy, but pronounced. It shows rebellion from the status quo of suit wear. I like a little more silver showing in the belt to match the bling. Ties are a no go, btw, even at a funeral. Girls like bad boys, and you can't project that with a piece of silk hanging around your neck.

The boots and belt circumvent the need for a watch, which is played out.

I went through the watch phase when I was young, and left two nice ones in Mexico. I get more compliments off bracelets I pickup overseas, for a fraction of the price. Plus I'm rough, and anything attached to my body is going to get tore up quick, especially a watch.
