I found an all consuming passion long ago, and in my opinion, have essentially reached my goals recently, though I don't make any money off what I do (music).
But, that is a good reminder you providee, that desire that obsesses one, and energizes for working towards the object thereof.

IF is the shit. I've been running it for over 5 years. Not non-stop, but close, whether I am on a cut or not. It is the easiest way I have found to control caloric intake, especially when coupled with a lo-carb diet. Also love the minimalist lifting approach.

Real men eat once a day.

I was in a industrial, former coal-mining town in Southern Poland for a year, and returned several times afterwards. I lived in Prague for over 3 years.
