Younger ones are far less entitled from what I've seen and experienced.

Both Krauser and Tom Torrero mention something else in terms of age. In some instances it works as a plus and you tell her your real age.

When she is 19 and you tell the truth that you are 40. Then you tease her by saying: "Yeah, I am much older than you, you shouldn't be talking to me." That can work in your favor, since she is already interested in you anyway. Effectively being much older than her can work more in terms of breaking a taboo, being the forbidden fruit and establishing yourself in the lover/r-selected category.

I have been pretty busy lately, and meaning to post some of my recent happenings and ideas in this thread for some time, but kept getting preoccupied with other business matters.... which continue to limit some of my posting time...

Really, I am NOT getting too much caught up on her exact age because her exact age does NOT seem to be the greatest concern of mine - I may only be somewhat bothered on an ongoing basis (in our continued relationship) to consider how she continues to attempt to play that she is actually 14 years younger than me... it is kind of an ongoing point of humor (and game for me), but at the same time, I am kind of playing the whole idea too, from time to time, about whether I should directly confront her about her possibly materially misleading me in some way...

In one sense, I am kind of keeping this secret from her (my knowledge about her likely real age) in case I want to use it in the future, when it truly does become time for me to move on ... but at the moment, she is very helpful to me in a lot of ways.

I think one more point that I want to make in this particular post relates to my sexual energy in the last 6 months or so... really, I think that it has been recently great... I believe that in November, December, January of 2014/15... I had made several posts concerning strategies to attempt to keep up sexual stamina.. and I was considering possible testosterone or Cialis or maybe other remedies.. At that time, I suggested that if I do NOT masterbate within about 2 days of seeing my girl, then that would really help my performance.

Anyhow, I had several trips with her (including one to Vietnam in February for 3 weeks) and we were having sex twice a day on an ongoing basis, and then even after we returned, we had several weeks in which we were having sex 5 times a week. In recent times, because of some scheduling issues, we sometimes might only have sex 3 times a week or so, but I am finding that masterbating does NOT cause me to lose my interest with her. I am still trying to make sure that I do NOT masterbate less than 12 hours before seeing her because, admittedly, my stamina is no where near to where it was when I was in my 20s, and in those times, I could sometimes ejaculate 5 times in a day and still be ready for more sex or masterbation (whichever means that it came).

Anyhow, I will post a little more on this topic or related topic in the near future, but in summary, my thinking remains that diet and sleep are very important to sex drive, and surely exercise is important.. .. but I still put diet and sleep as the top two... Also, whether it is psychological or actual physical attraction, it really helps to be with a girl who really satisfies you or allows you to play with various sexual fantasies within your level of comfort... Sometimes, she really frustrates me, but at the same time, she continues to attract me and generally is ready, willing and able to sexually perform.

I leave it at that for now... and really, even though I am referring to one girl, I am NOT suggesting any ideas or preferences of necessarily any kind of oneitis, but instead just attempting to suggest that atmosphere dynamics can really help a guy's sexual performance and stamina when he is feeling aging decline without necessarily needing to supplement with either drugs or testosterone (and I am NOT ruling either of these out for my future, even though I have ruled them out for the time being as NOT necessary to my particular situation of being able to sexually perform on at least a once a day basis, if necessary).

I think that all of us are tempted by easy fixes, and likely paying attention to what works for you is a great strategy to attempt to weigh the extent to which you believe that you are benefiting from the administration of external sources of testosterone.

Ultimately, I remain worried about my body's continued ability to produce testosterone, and certainly, any extent to which we have either abused or neglected our own fitness in the past, may have resulted in some damages from which are difficult to recover. Personally, I feel that without really realizing it, I had gone into a bit of a deterioration in my 30s and early 40s, but really I now realize that I had actually been abusing myself my whole life (until about the age of 44 or nearly 45 by the time that I figured out some of the various ways that we are mislead by some mainstream ideas regarding health, diet, fitness) through bad diet, without realizing it, but my body could certainly bounce back from the abuse that I was dishing out a lot better in my 20s and early 30s, and the various kinds of abuse (mostly lack of sleep and eating way too much of anything) kind of caught up with me in my late 30s and early 40s.

Anyhow, I am currently of the belief that I had a sort of an awakening period at the age of 44 to 45, and in about the past 4-5 years, I have been engaging in strategies to directly monitor my own energy levels and various health markers based on lifestyle choices, mainly focusing on diet and sleep.. but also including some exercise (which I remain to consider as less important as the diet and sleep)..

When I refer to diet, for about 4 years now, I have been specifically maintaining a low carb living.. which includes adequate natural fats of butter, coconut oil, pig fat, beef fat.. and surely some fish oils from time to time. I am specifically attempting to cut out various processed fats... any of the partially hydrogenated oils including corn, vegetable, soybean, etc... but yep, if we go to restaurants or we eat other people's food, we cannot always be clear about the oils in which they are cooking the foods.

The other part is cutting a lot of carbs from my diets, especially wheat, soy, corn, and sugars (complex and simple sugars). In recent times, I have attempted to add a little bit of some of the more natural (less processed carbs) back into my diet (mostly because my girlfriend seems to add various carbs to a lot of foods or to include some carbs into her meals), yet in the end, if I can roughly calculate that carbs are less than 30% of my total intake for the week (and frequently lower than 20%), then maybe I am only ingesting enough carbs to feed some of the good bacterias in my system, to lessen the likelihood of the proliferation of bad bacterias, and lessening my inflammation (which in my thinking can come if a guy is exercising too much or to heavily, without allowing sufficient recovery). I think that there is something to some of the recent ideas about our body's need for some good bacterias that sometimes are fed through ingestion of some resistance starches that allow the ability of nutrients to pass through our guts to reach the lower bowls and accordingly to feed good bacterias that are located in those locations (past the stomach).

And, Ike I believe that your various recent posts bring up a lot of good points regarding attempts at self-monitoring and trying to work out what we believe is best for our own situation, and in this regard, surely each of us make choices that frequently we can only slowly incorporate into our own lives to the extent that we feel that we need to monitor how any change may either positively or negatively affect our own overall performance (and/or feelings of well-being). In this regard, there are only so many hours in the day for any kinds of changes that we may strive to make, and as we age, we are likely fighting some inevitable deteriorations in a variety of areas (so any improvement or maintenance of the status quo antes can seem like a decent place to be).

JJG, sorry if this is too personal a question, but have you considered that if you feel compelled to masturbate, you might not be getting enough sex? Or do you find that getting regular sex causes your sex drive to increase anyway?

I think it is very important for men our age to have regular sex, for many reasons. I like the state of mind it affords me, as I have almost no urge to masturbate, because regular sex is the reliable outlet for my sexual urges.

The 5 countries I listed can be good for the older player. However, they are each unique in their own way with a different set of advantages.

DR

Great if you are short on time. Online Game allows you to hit the ground running upon your arrival. This is the easiest country I have been to.

DR is the the best option if you want a bang mission and you have just a week or so of vacation.

I would not be looking for LTR here but it is a great place to have fun.

Age differences 15-20 years plus did not seem to matter.

Brazil

I spent more time here out of any country that I listed. This former "pussy paradise" is still a good option despite the negative reports over the past few years.

Every man should visit Brazil once in his life.

Visting during Carnival is not worth it.

Rio can be a fun but if looking for a LTR, I advise BH or SP. Your foreigner value will be highest in the North. Language and not having enough time will be your biggest challenges.

If you are good looking, have Game and some means, then age differences will not be an issue.

Colombia

The best combination for quality and girls being open to big age differences.

The biggest issue I have with Colombia and Brazil is the girls go to hell once they get older and have children. If not looking for a LTR, this is not an issue.

Ukraine

The hottest girls I have seen, Kiev.

If you have time, this is a good place to look for a LTR. Girls take longer to bed than the other countries on this list.

Russia

More expensive and more of a hassle than Ukraine.

Sure, I don't mind discussing this, somewhat; however, the beliefs and practices of guys are going to vary quite a bit, depending on their prospects for girls and other things going on in their lives, including their sex drive.

I think that the point of my earlier post was mostly to discuss issues concerning levels of sex drive and engaging in techniques to increase sex drive, rather than discussing the pros and cons of live sex versus masterbation.

For me, I have the sense that my current girlfriend puts out enough while still turning me on to satisfy my needs. Actually, she has been fairly tricky because, usually, I have more drama with chicks than this one has caused. I mean she generally puts out in a lot of ways, including sexually and other kinds of assignments that i give her and including bringing and making me really good food (like what I specifically like, meat).

Regarding sexual output, she puts out and continues to turn me on with the way she makes herself up and her various alluring techniques. During that time, I had no need or desire to masterbate, which is actually saying something about the level of satisfaction that I feel that I am getting from this one chick. I have actually been in relationships in which I had sex regularly, but the sex was NOT as satisfying because frequently the girl would have other issues that would cause difficulties, battles and ruining the sexual mood, and those kinds of conflicts can cause less of an inclination to relieve sexual desires through sex. Many times if I am with a girl for 3 to 6 months, then I am ready to move on because I tend to get bored and I also begin to find that they are costing me in various regards more than I am benefiting, but currently, mostly, I am NOT having those feelings with this chick... even though I am still thinking that at some point we are going to have to prepare to go our own separate ways.

I have had times in my life in which I was more free to pursue sex on a regular basis and with a variety of girls.. mostly in my 20s and 30s... Yet, in recent times, I have NOT been so free, especially based on some business issues that have fallen upon me. IN that regard, my various business obligations in recent times have been causing me to have to focus. This is part of life in which we sometimes have to have obligations in order to either build or preserve capital in order that we can have some deferred gratification. For example, if I refrain from masterbating, sex drive seems to go down, rather than up. In that respect, if I know that I am NOT going to have access to live sex for a week or so, and I hold off masterbating, then I feel that my sex drive does NOT go up from that abstinence. I feel that my sex drive is much better to maintain some relief and some fantasy through masterbation throughout the week in which I am NOT willing or able to get live sex.

I do NOT necessarily disagree with your choice NOT to masterbate, and I believe as you indicated in your opening remark, the matter of masterbation and its utility is somewhat personal.

I could NOT imagine these days having to have a chick around me so much because of the nature of my current activities do NOT really seem to allow for such juggling.

On the other hand, if I am in vacation mode, and I am NOT so busy, then I could imagine situations in which I am able to spend more of my time juggling chicks and going along with the various drama that is involved with juggling chicks. I tend to find that chicks are a lot of work.. especially the ones that are more attractive, and when I am really busy with various work, I do NOT have enough time to make such jugglings of my life around the various drama that is involved in order to attempt to get sexual relief from live sources.

I did this experiment in late 2013 which is on going.I started listening to music only from the current year and listening to radio stations only playing current music.No hits and memories, no golden oldies.It actually took a bit of an effort.

Two days ago I saw a cool couple - she a 7-8 and 18-21 and he a 40+ (maybe even 45) year old bald Alpha who grumbled in his deep voice. The cool stuff was that she looked at me as I passed by while she was standing between his legs like lovers do. She really seemed into him and he did not appear wealthy - he struck me as one of those military guys with a deep voice and commanding attitude that is still prevalent in Eastern European / Russian military units.

Well fuck me, you guys are right again. As of three weeks ago i am now seeing a 21 yr old most days of the week and she is into me big time. Age difference is 19 years and the only thing we seem to have trouble talking about on the same level is music because i like older bands and she does not know who most of them are.

Best of all, she just wants to take care of me as well as drain my balls multiple times a day.

I wanted to share this with you guys - should be almost in the 50+ or 60+ category.

We know that more or less as a r-selected lover we peak around 38 or can prolong it for a while until our mid 40s unless you have excellent genetics and can pull off a Keanu Reeves.

However what is also true is that even guys in their 50s can get a cute girlfriend if they give her some commitment.

So essentially you have a 50+ balding not overly good-looking guy with clear Alpha frame, intellectual personality who keeps in shape by paleo diet and martial arts. He was able to find a teenage Japanese girlfriend in Japan and bring her home to Poland and they live happily for now fucking each day.

If that guy can do it, then so can everyone here. But of course Poland is a different place and she probably does not work and lives completely in his frame.

This is the great lie society wants you to believe. But the opposite is true much more often than you may think. As long as you are looking fresh, dress well, and have the status and accomplishments commensurate with your age, many girls enjoy being with someone older.

Agreed. I'm not understanding this age difference phenomenon that people talk about in the United States or anywhere else. I think it has more to do with guys not putting in the work they need to when they hit thirty or whatever than it has to do with guys being above thirty or above forty per se.

I am NOT of the opinion that masterbation is beta, but sometimes it may be amongst the better options in order to maintain hormonal stability and to function in the modern world.

Masterbation shaming seems to be some kind of unnecessary attempt at machismo that fails to account for a variety of circumstances in which masterbation works well and does NOT necessarily take away from sexual options.

Like I mentioned in my earlier response, I have had times in my life in which I was sexually active many times a week, and still sometimes would find masterbation to be a good option.

I have listened to some of his talks and he only mentions her rarely.

From what I know is that when they met she had acne all over her face and this improved with the new diet he prescribed her. My take is that she is from a poor Japanese family and had self-confidence issues being covered in spots. He probably recognized the little gem and went for it.

Whether it lasts is another matter, but it is certainly great for a 55+ year old like that who fucks a cute Japanese teenager. It certainly beats banging a 50 year old grannie. Age difference of 30+ is no pittance even if you have Game, Alpha state and some minimum social proof of an intellectual professor and elderly kickboxer.

Thanks to the advice in this thread i am sailing on smooth waters like I am 20 yrs younger minus the angst and associated lack of funding.
